Reviews of Bojangles'

What can I say but phenomenal! The staff was great, the chicken was just as great! This was my first time eating at Bojangles. I was visiting my daughter in Knoxville, TN. All week long she kept reminding me to stop and pick up some Bojangles before I arrived. Being the loving dad I am, an expert on fried chicken, and a explorer of good food, I sought this “Bojangles” out. Wow, one bite and I felt like Sammy Davis Junior dancing and singing “He talked of life,He talked of life……He laughed, clicked his heels and stepped” for those who are familiar with the song! But don’t get it twisted, there’s nothing sad about this Chicken! My tastebuds sung a sweet delicious song of Bojangles! Thanks for reading. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the Fried Chicken they call “Bone-in” was phenomenal! I took these pics for my daughter to celebrate our first time eating at Bojangles!

Excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. This location is just outside of the traffic jams going thru Pigeon Forge. The restaurant was clean and neat. The employee's were were friendly and efficient. The chicken was tasty, just a touch of spicynes. The cole slaw to good. The sweet tea is perfectly brewed. The cost for a two pcs meal with a drink is just under $9.

There is only one other sandwich that I can eat from this place because a sausage biscuit and it is the steak breakfast biscuit I can't eat red meat I have severe health problems but this particular sandwich does not bother me in any way I know that is ground up extremely well and I thank you guys so much for that

Great Ham and Biscuits breakfast sandwiches. Great customer service and even though had to go back because they forgot our hash browns it didn't bother us as they were nice to deal with so it was a pleasant experience therefore proves even if you make a mistake the way you treat people while interacting with them will go a long way.

This was the largest Bojangles I have ever been in. The drive through was a little packed, so we ate inside. The staff was very friendly, and the food came out very quickly. The meals weren't too expensive, but the dining room was a little dirty. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality fast food option near downtown

First class service. Fast drive thru. Super polite staff. Ordered the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. It's the best I have ever had. The eggs were fluffy. The cheese was melted to perfection. The biscuit was so fresh. And it was hot and delicious. Also got the chicken biscuits for the girls at work and they were very happy. I definitely recommend this place if you like good food and fast, friendly service.
