I am a doordash driver. During a recent visit to the Taco Bell in Severna Park, Maryland I encountered a white female in her late teens to early twenties between 5 ft 5 in. tall in 5 ft 7 in. tall with brown hair and glasses who was working the front counter.
When I asked for the customer's order the young woman handed me three separate items that the customer had ordered but forgot to place them in a plastic bag.
I asked her if I could please have a bag. She then proceeded to get one for me but handed it to me directly instead of placing the items in the bag herself which is part of her job.
I asked her why the items hadn't been bagged originally. Her response was you're a doordash driver you're supposed to have your own bag.
I didn't appreciate her response nor the service she provided. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for a plastic bag. This isn't the first time I've received poor service at this taco bell location.
The owner of this particular Taco Bell franchise might want to consider teaching each pimple popping young adult working at this particular location about what customer service is and what it actually looks like.
Specifically if they're a front line employee dealing directly with customers because clearly this particular employee lacked both customer service, communication and problem solving skills.

I never have a problem with the food or service but just ONE Chicken Chulupa was $5.39 cents. I left the drive thru and looked at my receipt and there it was! I still love Taco Bell but will look at prices better.

It’s been over 35 minutes and I am stuck in the drive-thru. I am sandwiched in a car line between the order speaker and the pick-up window and I cannot get out.
UPDATE: my chicken power bowl has no chicken. Nah. I don’t even write reviews like that but this was a hot mess.
I should also add that when I looked into the drive-thru window, there were at least four people in the kitchen. So it wasn't even a staffing issue.

I don’t like this place, but it has an uncomfortable, industrial feel to it that makes me miserable in just the way I like. During the winter, this place is cold. There are no heat sources to warm you, but if you wear a thick coat and some long johns you’ll be ok.

Edit 3/16/22: so I went back to this Taco Bell since it’s the closest to me and they started officially serving breakfast again. The employees are much nicer!! Customer service has gotten better. But, I now have the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. So I’m changing my rating to 2/5 stars.
I don’t know what’s up with the staff at this Taco Bell. They used to be really great. But last week I went there in the drive thru at like 6PM and they said “we ain’t open.” Then today they said they didn’t have breakfast (which they definitely have had recently) I’m done getting Taco Bell at this location.

Worst taco bell ever! Used to Taco Bell being open late? Cross this one off your list. Sometimes they are closed before 11pm and rarely open later than 12.

The tacos had a small pinch of cheese on them. When I called from home later they confirmed that that is their standard. The burrito was pitiful. My husband couldn’t even eat it there was an off taste to it. Pitiful.
