We love this restaurant. Good food, great wait staff and spectacular ambiance. Old world charm in every room surrounded by horse farms and open fields.
From the local slate stone building to the wild game in the menu, this is a gem of a restaurant and tavern. We really enjoyed the swordfish jumbalaya and the wild boar burger we're heavenly. Luigi brought us the perfect drinks with a friendly demeanor.
What great cooking, inventive and creative menu options. We sampled six different entres and all were wonderful. Highly recommend.

This was our first indoor dining outing (since Covid) and while we were really nervous about doing it, all the staff were really responsible and professional and that made us feel better throughout. The food was also top quality, and easily matches some of the finer restaurants we have had when we lived in NYC. Special mention to the carpaccio, soy duckling, and Waygu. (By the way, the carpaccio was super thin, which is pretty defining of the level of skill on the kitchen staff.) We plan to be back!

Tonight my husband and I went to Sergeantsville inn for my birthday. The main dining area was beautiful and romantic. The staff did a wonderful job and were very hospitable. We absolutely loved all of the fresh food and we will be back again to this wonderful place.
