Mcdonald's

The past few times we have been here, our fries were only half full, sometimes the sandwiches were missing condiments, today however, the staff was off their game, the order taker in the drive thru kept saying "is that it?" And even told us our total at the first window before we were done ordering. When we got to the second window the lady there said, "what did you order?" Um hello? I used to work at a mcdonalds there is a screen there with the orders IN ORDER, dont serve the food off that screen until the food is out the window. To top it off, when we received our order our fries were only half full, we said our fries weren't very full, they gave us a wierd look and didn't even offer to fill it up or even get us a new fry. To be honest I don't think we'll be back To this one.

The travis Scott burgers was completely raw, the fries was cold, and we called up there multiple time they wouldn't answer we go up there that night to get told we'd have to come back the next day. Then didn't want to give us the money back, said they would give us food, nah we just want the money. Never again

If I could give no star I would worst customer service, rude employees, to the point of nasty if you ask for something. I hate this chain fast food restraunt if that's what you would even call it. Correct your training, employees, and customer service in other words check chick-fil-a you all are terrible .

As always my reviews are unbiased and always to the point and fair. My daughter decided to treat dad to a Stroop Wafle Mcflury. Snack size. While waiting I observed the staff, cleanliness, and service along with the quality and taste of the items we ordered. As you can see its a newly remodeled McDonalds very nicely built comfortable seating with various size tables and booths. Very Clean eating area. Where I found problems were with the staff. They appeared unprofessional. Some had clothing that was extremely dirty, even if they were to be working a double, the clothing was unclean. No hair nets or hats on most. gloves were used but improperly. Cross-contamination of foods was evident. Some staff had sores on their arms. Personal hygiene on some was poor. Staff management should be changed or better trained if they allow such a lucrative business to be represented, as it has appeared this visit.
