Chick-fil-a

The food is typically pretty good. Everything else has steadily declined. I eat at this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week. Their attention to detail and service needs improvement. Today I ordered a large size grilled nugget meal with a salad as my side. I got a medium meal with fries and a salad. My diet Dr Pepper tasted like water as it does about half the time. I got no crispy bell peppers with the salad. Sometimes I get them sometimes I don't. A few days ago I ordered chicken soup, nuggets and a cookie. The soup was in a separate bag which is great but they put the cookie in with the hot soup and it melted. I stopped adding any special instructions to my orders (like cutting a sandwich in half) because they were never followed.

The food is good, however your curbside pickup needs work. Why do I order ahead if I still have to wait 20 minutes? Why does your drive through continue to move and no one brings out food to curbside. Also when you wait for more than one order to take outside at a time you're letting my food get cold along with others. Curbside is not faster ever. You might as well sit in the horrendous drive through line at that point

This is the only fast food I will eat not too often - for two reasons 1) I don’t consider it fast food and 2) their incredibly efficient, fast and polite service, consistently, in ALL stores (they could offer another type of French fry but it’s not their problem. It’s my aversion to waffle cut fries… childhood trauma 😉

Ordered 2 10 count chicken minis through doordash, bag didn’t have all the food in it. Went to receive the rest of my order from the restaurant and apparently it’s against policy that they can’t give you what you ordered and paid for when it’s through a third party ….. said they had no proof of food being missing. Couldn’t even get a refund. Chick fil a use to be great but they’re getting terrible.

As usual the Lord's Chicken exceeds expectations and this location is no different. They do a better job on their lemonade freezers than most and they don't skimp on their milkshakes...though the entire company has downsized to a child size cup with an adult sized price, they atleast fill it to the brim instead of under filling and overcharging as many locations do.
