The food is 5 star, but we WAITED TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES FOR A FIVE DOLLAR BOWL OF CHICKEN!
I feel for the employees. They’re doing the best they can WITHOUT the necessary tools it takes to be efficient. Come on KFC, step up!

There wasn’t any chicken in the chicken mashed potato bowl. It was all breading. I had to eat everything around it.

I come here quite a bit bc my son LOVES chicken.. but almost every single time I go, at least one part of my order, if not more, is wrong, they NEVER have tea made and today, I only needed 2 sports, but got 7. 😅 The food is good, but patience is key to this restaurant.

I've never been a huge fan of KFC but I am now. They finally have a plant-based option and let me tell you guys, it's incredible. I definitely recommend it. They also have that new mountain dew that's peach and honey flavored and that's great as well.

We got 2 orders of strips with french fries and drink. All the food was excellent fresh chicken and you can tell strips get chewy when old. Fries were very hot, cole slaw was tasty and fresh also. Looked like the manager waited on us. So plus there. Teens most of the time have absolutely no customer service skills. At least thats what I have experienced. I said most of the time.... not all the time. So no haters here.
