Hooters

Went Sunday January 30, 2022. He'd a good crowd watching AFC Championship, Bengals beat KC. Glad they have an actual menu. In the salad section there is no side salad listed. but they have one and it's fairly. I had the build your own burger on a boroche (spelling!) bun. Nice size and a was fresh. Had curly fries. Wife had Philly Cheese Steak and looked good. Both had iced tea an was fresh. They no longer have the Texas Philly and didn't see the Philly with Daytona sauce. No explanation as to why both removed. Service was prompt and friendly. Waitresses seem to have choices in work outfits. They have the tradition orange shorts and white shirt with the owl, a very skimpy all black shorts/shirt, and jean shorts. Had a good time. Wish they'd bring back the Texas Philly.

2 stars because food was great, we had the worst waitress in the building. This was probably the worst experience I had at a hooters. Will definitely not be back here. And I could understand if the places was super busy, but there were maybe 10 guest at 4pm I mean I don't know who management is but this place is going down fast. Me and my buddies is to come here and service and food was great but the past 2 times service was terrible. I'm not one to give a place 2 stars but today was just terrible!!!

Currently sitting in the restaurant , our waitress has checked on us 3 times. When we ordered, when I called her for a fork, and when we billed out. Our food wasn’t even brought by her! The 5+ times I’ve been here in the past month or so, at least 5 of the 16 wings have always been cold…..the fries are luke warm as if they’ve been nuked after sitting a while. The waitresses clearly show which customers they favor over. Customer service is clearly not trained here, for the waitresses never check in on tables that are not “regulars” of said waitress. It seems if the customer is not a regular, then they seem to not care much of them and want to get them out faster.
