Food was great, Staff was friendly and the owner even gave my son a free Halloween bagel. Well definitely come back. In business you can't make everyone happy but they definitely made me happy.

First time here and the experience was excellent. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very nice woman who kindly took my order. The service was quick primarily because there was no one there but IT COUNTS! My daughter ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel which came with home fries and for a very picky eater I thought she would find something to not like but she absolutely loved it. I had a ham and provolone on a bagel which came with a pickle and coleslaw all amazing and a small orange juice which gave me memories of elementary school. I will definitely come back! 30 years I've been a customer and so has my family. We all enjoy the service and their fresh bagels. Even live the fact we can pre order for holidays. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing, as well as their platters. Over never had anything worth saying bad about. Maybe once in a blue their sandwich might look messy or u might get a shell. But over all this is just normal workers just like us. It happens. The prices are about normal as to other bagel stores. But there's just something about these bagels that make me keep coming back. As well as my family. We've tried others especially since I've moved. Nope I'll drive to selden to get my bagels. Even my brother who moved 8 hours away will have me order here and bring them down with me. So I wanna say thank you for all your doing as well as thank you to your employees...

GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY** They have a separate toaster for people with an allergy. The staff is very knowledgeable regarding cross-contamination. Highly recommend if you need a gluten-free bagel on the go.

For the most part everything ok. I just don’t understand if I just want bacon & eggs on a bagel that I have to get home fries that I don’t want for”free”! It’s not free costing over $8. The employees are very nice but owner can use some lessons in customer service.

I was born and raised in Long Island, NY and I have to say this is my favorite bagel place. Recently I moved and I have to say I miss the bagels from here. Their egg everything bagels are my favorite and the employees are super friendly. Luckily, I'm going back to Long Island this weekend and I know I will have to stop in!

I went there today with my daughter and as usual, the bagels were great. I also wanted to mention how kind the employees were there. I don't know their names...I assume one of the gentlemen was the owner. He was great, and the other two, a young man and a young woman, were very kind, friendly, helpful and were both so sweet with my 4 year old daughter. People are so caught up with bad reviews and feeling the need to point out the negative, and very few will post about good experiences. This place is great and the employees are excellent. Thank you!
