Papa Johns Pizza

Raj just served Nancy once again, with the most friendly attitude. He and his staff are very patient with explanations of their pies. My daughter and I enjoyed the piazza last time and that is why I returned again. I just hope they don’t close early again, bc it forced me to go to another place late at night and that piazza tasted like cardboard and no way measured up to this Pappa Johns. I received a flyer with specials. I called to order several. It did take a while to get the order through I don't believe I was speaking to someone from my store. There was an echo. I received a call back from the store to confirm the order and the time which was only 15-20 minutes for 8 items including 3 pies! That was very impressive! So was the food! First time ordering the papadias, delicious! I will definitely order again!

So I want to tell you a little situation that occurred with my order recently. This is the first time where I used the Papa John app and for some reason it did not have the correct address. I did call after some time to inquire where my pizza was however I was put on hold from a national call center I believe and never got through to the local store. today I called and I was able to get through to the local store I can buy them that I never received my pizza and they had provided me with proof that the delivery guy went to the house upon further investigating and then sending me a picture of the receipt it turns out the issue was the address was incorrect. A gentleman did advised that this is something that would have been an error on my part however I don't recall ever typyin the address. Ultimately they did make the pizza and they did attempt to deliver it to the address indicated from the app. Unfortunately I didn't receive it. But the good news is the owner or manager was willing to do right by his customer. He did offer to give me my order today free of charge with the exception of delivery. Which I was happily to oblige by. I appreciate it although he was right and technically did not have to give me my order as they did run to the services accordingly. he did advise me that has delivery person did attempt to text me I'm his manager attempted to call me. For whatever the reason I did not receive the text or the phone call. But I am very happy to see that he stood by his word and honored the situation. I think that the shows they stand by the product and stand by the situation even if the error was on the customer part due the Papa John app not correctly working. I even attempted to delete the wrong address but no go I think I will have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I like to thank manager Khan for doing right. I will be back for more 🍕. I really wanted to eat pizza and since I never tasted Papa John's Pizza, I wanted to give it a try. I ordered online for pickup. My online ordering experience was excellent, there was even a deal : a large pizza with two toppings and brownies for 15$ ( without taxes ) , so I took it. The pizza was ready after 25 mins exactly the time that they set. They sent me a text message as soon as it was done and I went to pick up. Back home, I wasn't disappointed at all while eating the pizza. It was delicious! The garlic sauce given with the pizza was so tasty and the brownies was divine. Overall I really enjoyed and I recommend it to each and every person who want to eat a great pizza.
