Good food, clean and inexpensive. I like it a lot.
Miss me some churros. I used to run this joint for the first some odd years of operation, so my review will be a bit biased in a negative way I suppose. I say that because I ate here a thousand times naturally, but it has still remained delicious to some extent. The burrito loco is very good, and coincidently was an addition made long after my departure.
Great place. I love mexican food and this is one of my favorite places. The prices are slightly high but understandable. They skimp on guac which stinks and the guy at the register is cold. I have been there about 20 times and he doesnt recognize or acknowledge it, never smiles and i think it hurts business, which is a shame bc the food is very good.
Interesting (but messy) salsa bar. Blue Tortilla sits in the category of good food in an ugly package. The restaurant is nothing special but the mexican food is decent.
They have a small salsa bar that's out in the open, a bit too open to people sneezing and dipping their hands in it. They give you small plastic cups to spoon out your salsa but it gets everywhere and you end up wearing more than you can eat.
Food is good but they could improve the presentation a bit.
I am mexicano!. So far one of the best from my country food! I can close my eyes and think about my country when I am eating this food! Burrito GAMBA is frist thing you should try!

Came to Blue Tortilla Mexican Grille to catch dinner with an old friend who was visiting town. Was helped at the counter by a young man named Sebastian who provided excellent and knowledgable service. I asked him what his thoughts on the plantains were as they are a childhood favorite of mine and he said he highly recommended them as they were a personal favorite of his. We also ordered 2 chicken burritos aswell as 3 tacos al pastor. The plantains were delicious (Thank you Sebastian for the recommendation!) the burritos were large and flavorful and the tacos tasted great. Nice clean restauraunt with friendly staff and a wide selection of scrumptious dishes.
burritos are 10x better than any place you’ve been. better than chipotle, better than qdoba, real homey feel. from order to food in my hand, less than five minutes. amazing ✌🏼
Not much dining in here but food for takeout is really good. I placed a large order by phone and it was ready, complete, correct, and everyone's food was hot.
Great place and totally recommend. The fish tacos and the buffalo chicken empanadas are must haves. A hidden gem in Selden!

I had come in the other night with my 3 boys & we went to the counter to order our dinner & met the nicest person Sebastian,
his smile was warming & he was extremely polite . We asked a number of questions on each of the meals we were ordering
& he took the time to explain each one to us.We told him it was our 1st time there & he promised it would not be our last. HE WAS CORRECT!!!Even after our meals were ordered & we were having dinner he asked if we liked all we ordered & I thought he was the owner of the place. He responded that he works there & takes to heart the effort he puts in to show each of his customers the attention they deserve. Sebastian was very professional in his conversation as well as his skills in how to show respect to his customers & I watched him interact this way with a number of clients who came in while my boys & I were enjoying the dinner Sebastian helped us pick put that evening. Sometimes in life you stumble across a Gem & we did in both the Blue Tortilla Restaurant & in Sebastian the person who was working that night & gave my boys the Mexican Dinner experience like no other. Since then my boys have been asking to go back to the restaurant where Sebastian works so they can enjoy dinner & talk to him about Mexican history & culture & what foods to order. The most impressive part is that while Sebastian knows his menu so well & is so well educated in the Mexican cuisine & history He is not even Mexican ! He is of Polish Descent & told us how he when getting this job took time to learn as much as he could because he takes pride in his work & who he works for. This man deserves top acknowledgements & without a doubt a bonus or raise for all he does at his job. You Sebastian are a role model for all to follow.
Went there yesterday for the first time. The food was great. I had a quesadilla, special and a taco. They both were terrific. Can’t wait to go back and try other things.
Food was amazing! Place was busy since I ordered on Taco Tuesday but the young men that staffed the front were so kind and kept checking in with me. Everyone was working very hard and the owners should be proud of their staff!

Consistently good food. Very good burritos and enchiladas. Please fix the tap soda dispenser, it’s been out of service for probably a year.
Food is so good and not expensive! Fresh and tasty never had a bad anything there, I have had almost everything on the menu!!
