Their attention to Detail of Being a great Listener to the Customer, needs much improvement, Joseph Ordered a medium Steak cheese Mushrooms sandwich with extra Mushrooms, cheese. And then i notice the young man at the Grill had put onions plenty of them , in the sandwich, Joseph never Asked for them. Then when i said no Onions, the Lady Manager covered for him. How could i be anymore clearer with what i ordered. And then your paying top Dollar for your meal ,because D'Angelo Company, Expexts the Customer to pay Everything. I Never received a Thank you, or How is your Sandwich, Replies. They are in the Customer service Professional Industry.

This store had deteriorated in the last year. The sandwiches are horrendous and poorly prepared. I ordered a medium steak and cheese. Pretty simple. I got half the meat that is usually on a medium steak and cheese, but it was put on a large roll. The veggie wrap was virtually inedible. I wish I could give a rating of zero stars.

I paid $11 dollars for a medium turkey sandwich. When I asked why the price was so high, this middle aged woman working there was so rude. She said they were "a franchise, and could charge whatever they wanted" The staff was rude. Honestly, I could care less about a buck or two. The disrespect is what I find unacceptable. The old woman who spoke to me, deserves to lose her job. I will be in touch with management tomorrow.

It's fine, but they won't accept the online coupons I get via TXT message. They claim it's because they're a franchise store, but I've been to several other franchise locations and all but one took the coupons with no issue. So don't expect to save any money unless you have a paper coupon and if you get the coupons via TXT like me, be ready to pay full price.
