Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4u! I stopped at this location for some breakfast before heading to my destination. The customer service was great very friendly and the food was good. In my visit I had French toast with honey and a cup of orange juice. The order was made correctly and with minimal wait. The outside and inside of the restaurant is clean. However the building itself needs some TLC tender loving care by the owner. Since it feels exactly ruined down. Yet this restaurant has some potential due to its 2nd floor amazing view you get as you eat. For this reason I only gave it 3 out of 5 as the restaurant itself is extremely been letdown. I recommend this place if you are on a budget and want to eat with a view of Sedona.

Disgusting!!! If I could give it zero stars I would! After ordering - asked for ranch, they were out, asked for salt, they were out but she gave me a little souffle cup with a pinch of table salt in it which there were many of them just sitting there, open, with no lid or cover on them, she also stated they were out of ketchup and BBQ sauce. Dead cockroach on the floor in dining area by a table with a wet floor caution sign. How this establishment is still in business is beyond me!

The impossible whopper should of been cooked a bit longer but the fries were extremely hot and tasty! Unfortunately, the service in the lobby isn’t attentive, as it was a little slow. Took about 6 minutes of waiting before a black gentleman walked up to the register and just stared at me, saying nothing. Furthermore, there needs to be more attention to cleaning the tables, floors and killing these flys!

Time now is 9:35 PM on a Friday. The website and Yelp show 11pm daily. They denied us when we asked and they the employees and Miriam the manager just wanted to go home early so they told us no can do. Bummer, especially when burger king is struggling to survive in many other markets. Simple fix... stop advertising 11pm when your staff wants to leave early. Bad experience.

I ordered a ham & egg croissant with NO cheese. I got to my room they gave me a ham & cheese croissant with no egg..🤬🤬 Then he asked if we needed cream & sugar for our coffee..we said yes. He didn’t put either one in the bag.. We pulled up to ordered and a minute goes by know one said anything..so we said hello into the speaker and the guy then says i will be with you in a minute.. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING!! The building looks dumpy we should of known better to even go through the drive thorough.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of us and 4-5 behind us. Couldn’t order at the menu speaker, but the 2nd (last) window. They were taking orders, payments & giving food out of the same window. (?!?) Never seen this before & it’s not working. Food was good, but probably won’t be back because of the very long wait.
