Steak 'n Shake

They were super busy, and unfortunately like a lot of places are still short staffed. The girl who took our order was cheerful and welcoming. Our food was tasty, and of course the fries are to die for. My one criticism would be the condition of the eating area. I understand that it's hard to keep up with it all when you don't have enough staff, and are busy, but I wanted to give an honest review. I will absolutely go here again, and would recommend it to anyone else. Please keep in mind that these folks are doing the best they can in a difficult situation.

We pulled up to the drive thru, there was 6 cars in front of us. The lobby was less than half full. We waited over 45 minutes in line to get our "fast" food. I saw at least 6 employees working. Absolutely ridiculous. I have worked fast food and I could have taken care of all of the customers by myself faster than the 6 of them did. Terrible experience. Then to top it off, our order was wrong.

Absolutely terrible. So terrible I took the time to write a review. Multiple times had to wait 20+ minutes In lobby and In the drive through. Watched a manager berate their truck driver for showing up early while my food sat on the counter getting cold. Whole store is a joke. If I'm going to pay $15 for a burger and fries I'll go somewhere where I can get it in less than 20 minutes. Trash

Just a bunch of moody teens working there. Rude guy that took my sisters order yelled at us for walking in an area that was "mopped already" 3 hours before closing and not properly blocked off. I wouldn't be mad about it but he said it so rudely and yelled in front of the whole restaurant while it was dead quiet and also brought our food out last. It made the whole experience awful I couldn't even enjoy my food i regret not getting a refund
