Which Wich

Great disappointment! One customer in the store, however, all the tables were dirty and the floors were a mess. My cheeseburger sandwich was cold and the best part of my meal was a bottle of soda and bagged Doritos. Also, how do you offer shakes on your menu but are all out of milk?! Overpriced and overrated!

Honestly, the sandwiches are great but the service is terrible. How are there 4 people working, and I am on the only person in the store and I’ve waited 15 minutes for a sandwich. The workers have no urgency, are very dull and I believe the company should re-evaluate their customer service training structure.

Wow the worst quality of customer service ever for an extremely underwhelming sandwich. Went in on Sunday 8/11 and the guys were so slow they made me and my colleagues late for work. We asked for a bag and the response was a mumble and no bag. One of the employees was just chilling at table doing nothing. Just a terrible experience and we will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it in any way.

DON'T EVEN BOTHER CHECKING OUT THIS PLACE. Quality: Below Average Taste: Only tasted Mustard in a Chicken Pesto sandwich with Pesto Sauce. So where did the Pesto disappear? Vegetables: ZERO, Nothing, No Choice at all Wait Time: 20 mins for a Sandwhich. If its so crowded, why can't they tell customers that it's gonna take time. So you wait for 20 mins and you get a sub standard sandwich.

If i have a option to give it zero stars I will do that. The terrible customer service first time on this place the guy working in the front he don’t know how to take orders when I asked for the manager he was so rude he said there’s no manager available today four people working behind the counter and I’m the only one. took 20min to get my food They are very slow and unprofessional and the food was horrible I threw it my half of the sandwich which is I sent $12 on it never go back waste of time and money

Just wanted to say that this is the first review I've ever written. I ordered a Regular Turkey Lettucewich from Uber Eats. 50 minutes later it arrived and it only contained lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and mayonnaise. And that sucked because I also of course expected turkey, also ordered cheese, spinach, avocado, and roasted red peppers. I really wouldn't have been too bummed if at least the TURKEY came on my TURKEY SANDWICH, but sadly it did not. A truly sad day in the world of sandwiches. Also, all of the things I ordered were marked on the paper bag packaging, but the sandwich didn't contain 75% of it.
