Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Red Robin delivered great service and delicious food. The restaurant felt really clean. We managed to get out food within 10 mins. We truly felt that staff cared for us. For dinner, I picked chicken burger with some fries. It was simply good. It was cooked to almost perfection. Strawberry milkshake I ordered was my highlight of the meal. It was smooth, creamy, and blended great. My friend and I shared their donuts. They were delicious. I recommend dumping the donuts in the chocolate sauce that comes with it. It was really sweet and delicious. It's worth the extra calories. I would definitely recommend here for those who want a quick indulge meal.

Burger was really good. I ordered the guacamole bacon burger. Cooked just right, lots of crispy bacon, burger patty size was good and covered the entire bun, and toppings and sauce were ample but not overflowing, and evenly distributed in the bun. Order was ready when we arrived (about 6-7 min after the start of the pickup window from ActiveMenus). Pickup was extremely fast and smooth, with friendly staff, and everything required to enjoy the meal ready to go in the bag. The portion of fries was pretty small for the price, plus we ordered extra fries for one meal and the order did not include extra fries. Our toddler enjoyed the cheeseburger with the toppings on the side, and it was definitely less of a mess with her eating that in the car. Toppings for her burger seemed fresh and ample for the price of the kid's meal. The steak fries were also good for her to grip and seemed to be to her liking. Overall good experience, but wouldn't go back too often because the price is considerably higher than other similar fast food options. Probably more worthwhile as an eat-in experience with a drink or two, minus the toddler.

I give Red Robin 4 stars, down from 5 stars a few years ago.We've been eating here for a few years. The staff is friendly but the food is slipping. Our orders are often wrong, and we have to remind the servers several times because it takes forever to come out. Last night I ordered a crispy chicken tender salad, expecting warm crispy chicken. It came out looking great but some tenders were room temperature and others still cold inside. It seemed it had been reheated in a microwave but still cool in the middle and lost the crispy texture. I mentioned this to our server but no soltions were offered. Disappointing because we like the menu and store.
