We had a salad missing in our order, the manager at Panera took care of it in a fantastic customer service approach. Sent out a new one within minutes. I rarely write reviews but this was impressive!

I wish I could give zero stars. We came to this Panera bread on Wednesday May 18 for lunch. My 6 year old got food poisoning after eating the Mac and cheese. The food quality from this establishment keeps declining but the prices keep rising. What a shame. Panera bread USED to be good. You’ve definitely lost a customer.

Ordered an everything bagel with scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage and it was absolutely perfect. The bagel was not hard it was fresh lightly toasted and perfect. Scrambled eggs cheese and sausage were excellent made to order. Coffee was fresh. I ordered a dozen bagels which was an excellent price two tubs of cream cheese and it was a Baker’s dozen. Their employees are so wonderful and extremely courteous ❤️❤️ They made the morning ❤️

I come here to do school work all the time and have never had a bad experience. I get a lot done since the environment is usually peaceful (unless it is rush hour, but that is to be expected of any establishment) and I enjoy the food during my breaks. The place is kept clean and the workers have always provided good service. I can stay here for hours and hours and it's one of the only places where I can be pretty productive and have a good time.

Overcharged for food the first day morning. Late delivery for our lunch. Missing items on my 3rd. And 45 minutes past my pick up time.
I would skip this Panera and hire better managers and teams to get this place organized.
Horrible.

this is a HORRIBLE panera, the surfaces and dirty and sticky, the serb is is slow and the food is inedible. Two employees were on their mobiles and people waited for orders... the one star is for outdoor seating.
