Chili's

Walked in and asked if I could sit at the bar. The bar was relatively empty when I came in, wasn’t anymore when I started eating. Naya took my order Mix and Match fajita - chicken, shrimp and steak and a lemonade. She was very nice and helpful. The meal came with sour cream, guacamole, cheese and that tomato salad salsa. Long story short, the food was amazing. I put the cheese on top of the meal and it just melted in front of my eyes. Lemonade was pretty tasty too. The entire meal was very good for the price charged, which was 22 bucks total - with tip. Overall, 8/10. Must try.

Worst Chili's we have ever been to in our life. Traveling all day and was starving and just wanted to grab take out. We trusted Chili's as we usually had very good experiences there. This particular Chili's was horrible. I ordered a burger medium rare it was very well done. It was supposed to have cheese onion and tomato. Onion was so sparse it was no taste and same with tomato. On top of that I got broccoli instead of fries in the broccoli was old and discolored and had a really funky taste to it could not eat it. My husband's meal was not up to standards either. Stay away from this location.

3 hours agoNEW worst service .. we were there at 7pm. the hostess said that you have to wait 30-45 minutes. so we waited. I got a message that our table is ready at 7.20 am, I went to her and talked and she said to me "give me a minute" I said ok and sat down in the waiting room .. we waited another 30 minutes after she started taking customers who were behind us .. I went to I say that we are waiting for the next 30 minutes after the message that the table is ready .. she indignantly said that she was looking for us but she did not see us and that she was saying "you" (we were waiting all the time on the sofa which stands in front of the desk where she registers new people). a joke 😅 her friend came and apologized to us .... except for the food that is fried in old oil .. the service is terrible. a few people came and she said that there is no place now and you have to wait about 1h .. that's a joke this girl shouldn't work there because she doesn't know how to treat clients seriously and she just asks them to leave the place. .. I don't know how she got this job because she wouldn't work for me a day. cheeky teenager .. and this is a photo showing empty tables at the same time when she sent people away and said the waiting time was 1 hour. ... a joke I do not recommend and we will never return there again ...

Hands down the BEST Chili’s experience I have had! I used to work for the Chili’s in North Brunswick, NJ as a server and bartender almost twenty years ago while attending Rutgers University. I’ve had everything ever on the menu (old one) several times during my time there. I know what the service standards should be and the level of quality the food should come out. This Chili’s did not disappoint and was the BEST I’ve been to since my time working in North Brunswick, NJ. I highly recommend this Chili’s!! You will not be disappointed!!

Horrible experience. Other other restaurants were busy and this one was empty. That should had been a clue. We were seated. Waiter took 18 minutes to come get our drink order. We thought it best to place our food order at the same time. Waiter was very rude. Food arrived - horrible. Could fine the waiter anywhere…then found him sitting with about nine other staff members eating…. Very unprofessional. We simply walked out after that.

Service was great & the Food was good and the prices are reasonable. I took a star off because the utensils were dirty. However, The waiter did get me some plastic utensils upon my request . They do have a ramp which is handicap accessible. All the restaurants in that area share the one parking lot making handicap spots very limited. The restrooms were clean. I like that they aren't gender neutral. They do have a bar for people that drink. I do recommend this place. The picture posted was the six ounce sirloin steak with corn on the cob and the French fries.
