Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not sure when Chipotle stopped giving a person a fair size meal for their money but it is certainly happening now. There was less than 25% of the bag of chips with chips. Mayne 20 total. Burrito bowl shamefully empty. I remember when they were so big that it was a waste. Gone too far the other way guys. This was ridiculous for the money we paid.

The team at this Chipotle was by far THE BEST!!!!! the food portion, 😋 finally a location that actually gives the correct portion, rice fully cooked, chips that you can taste that hint of lime, meat not burnt as well as the veggies, the location clean. They take pride in this location and Ms. Nancy was awesome with customer service and keeping the staff pumped and anytime something needed to be cleaned there was too! 10 out of 10 for this location!

Went in on a Sunday just now. #1 all the servers wearing no gloves #2 all the food is just about empty scraps left in each container and it’s 4pm #3 pay for a drink cashier who handled my money no gloves puts fingers in cup to hand to me . #4 go to get drink NO ICE so warm soda puke! What was already my least favorite of the Mexican franchises just got even worse.

Average; that is how I can best describe this chipotle. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. The downsides are the taste of the food , from all the chipotles I’ve visited, this one always seems to be more on the bland side. I’ve also noticed that this establishment, always seems to be understaffed, which can affect online orders. Overall, if you are just looking for food fast, you can’t go wrong, otherwise, there are better options

1. You can't order a normal sized quesadilla anymore? "You have to order that online" - This makes no sense. If you have a restaurant that sells things only online, when someone could just hand you money for making the same thing right there in the store, you're doing something wrong. They made me a tiny kids meal quesadilla in the same amount of time they could have just made the regular sized one. I didn't even want it, it was so small. The lady taking my order seemed like she hated her life as well. I used to love Chipotle, but now its just depressing and makes no sense.
