Love Starbucks!!! Even when some of their drinks aren't as good, we always come back and go to any location for their drinks. Me and my family practically invest in Starbucks. (I am afraid to see how much we spend at Starbucks in a year.) Lucas, at this location is awesome and knows a good portion of my family and their names. BUT, what I will have to say is whoever the franchise owner is, please consider franchising a second Starbucks, whether it be in Sebring or Avon Park, FL. If I had the money to invest, I would, but I don't have it.

Hello !! Today I received a coffee shot in my Iced Venti Chai. Did NOT want it. They replaced it. Thank you! But was charged for the shot. They did refund it. Thanks again. The past couple of times we have come in, Starbucks has been out of CHAI ! I understand the season of Pumpkin, but can we order MORE CHAI for that reason. BOGO on Thursday and they were out of chai. What does Starbucks do for loyal customers who walk out because they can't offer what they advertise?

Very busy when I went Thursday at 1:00 p.m. The baristas were very nice and did a great job completing my order as requested. It was clean and well staffed and had a working drive-thru. Considering how busy they were my order was ready in about 5 minutes. But I only got two of their new iced chocolate mocha mint frappuccino with extra chocolate syrup and it was delicious.

That first sip feeling! This location gets pretty busy considering it's the only one in the neighborhood. Seating is difficult at times, especially on the weekend. The coffee is great though.

Came by as someone who doesn't generally go to Starbucks having no idea what I wanted to order. A very kind young barista named Heather got a very vague description of a sweet, cold coffee from me and was able to extrapolate exactly what I wanted from it.
Super friendly service and very helpful when it comes to people who may not be regulars and are a little intimidated by a Starbucks menu. Will definitely be back before my camping trip ends.
