Lights out best food in Sebring/Central FL. You can taste the love put into these dishes. If you value the quality of your food, then make it a point to stop at this eatery! I was fortunate enough to get a sneak peak/tasting of Chef William’s menu prior to the grand re-opening in 2024, and all I can say is you won’t be disappointed.

Just left this wonder little restaurant. Best meal I've had since moving down here two years ago. Loved, loved our server. The food was unbelievable. Cuban sandwich was great, shrimp creole was so delicious. My sister and bro in law had beef stir fry and Caribbean pork. They said their meals were great. Loved the creme Brule. All in all a superb meal. Highly recommend.

Flank steak bathed in chimichurri sauce and coconut shrimp with mango sauce...marriage of flavors accompanied by great service and the most passionate chef. Bongos is indeed a little place with a big heart! ❤️

I love this place! Life on the road as a truck driver has it perks. I stumbled across this little jewel while heading to pick up a load... I love the food and the service.

The food was great, location humble and cozy next to the orange groves off US17. Food was fresh, hot and beautiful presentation. Best of all it tasted amazing.

Was working in the neighborhood and stopped for lunch. Ordered the pork sandwich and it had to be the best pork sandwich I ever ate. Wish that place was close to my town so I could try some more of there cooking. I definitely recommend this place. Prices are great 👍.
