Kfc

This is a KFC combined with a taco bell. I got the nachos Bell grande. It was horrible. There was a ball of what was supposed to be refried beans on it but it was more like concrete. There was at most a half a teaspoon of beef on it. There was very little sour cream and very little cheese. And now I've got indigestion. The store number is g135-245 and it's at 1809 US highway 1 in sebastian. Do not go there. #TacoBellAllGrosssAllTheTime

Ordered 2 5pc wing combo's and a chicken little combo, I also donated a $1 to the fundraiser. My order came up to $23.65 and all my food was old and cold, like wow! I have yet to go there and come out with fresh food. Going forward when placing my order, I will say fresh. If I receive any food cold after that, I'm contacting corporate

Had a terrible experience with this store, got in touch with KFC on 3/7/22 got a case # and was told they would get in touch with me shortly, 5/7/22 still nothing!! Will never go here again or any KFC! Ordered hot wings, got one order must of been from the day before. They are never ready that quick, I should of known better always had to wait for fresh order. Terrible customer service!!!

Kid mopping with spray soap and worked his way right up to where we were standing, went around us mopping, and I finally had to ask, "can you put that off until we're not standing right here? That's very slippery and we can't move without stepping into soapy water." Got a burrito supreme. What is supreme about it? It was maybe 3 fingers thick, but also about that flat. It looked deflated!! Really? I won't be back!

My husband and I wanted some KFC so we chose this place. WORST MISTAKE EVER! Someone had asked to take our order and we sat there for about 10 minutes with no response. We saw an employee walk across the parking lot to get back inside from another store. When we pulled up to the window after getting a response. There were about 3 people standing there WITH HEADSETS ON!!!!!!! When we went to pay the girl at the window was on her phone. If I could give this KFC 0 stars I would but I can't so I have them a 1. Not to mention we were the only car there 😁

My wife and I are from North Carolina and we're here visiting family. Late Saturday night we decided to stop by KFC for a quick bite. Little did we know that it seemed like the whole town decided to do the same thing. The drive through was slammed as was the dining room. As I stood in line to order, I saw an efficient team working in sync to get the numerous orders out. Impressive enough at such a late hour. However, their real compliment comes from a family who was not satisfied with their meal. Angry and upset, they demanded to see the manager. As soon as the manager came out, their voices elevated and fingers were pointing. But...this manager stayed calm, cool and collected. She was able to defuse the situation and make it right. And, She didn't stop there. She then brought a few members of her staff out as she approached each table (including mine) to insure their evening was good and that we we're enjoying our meal. The clerks refilled drinks and were so genuine, I felt like we were in a upscale restaurant. In short...I have never been treated so well at a fast food restaurant. I was so impressed I asked for everyone's name. So thank you...Justin, Morgan, Tamiya, Amber, Terresa and Alexis. You are what customer service is all about.
