Dairy Queen

I love dairy Queen and I stop there every single day. It is always fresh the fries are always right on time good and hot I have never gotten cold fries or an old dried out burger their chicken is good too. I have been trying to get a hold of corporate I have a 40 ft trailer I drive 6,000 mi a month I would like for dairy Queen to wrap my trailer in a dairy Queen logo just cover the cost of the wrap they do not have to pay me monthly that would be a lot of free advertising for them I have not been able to accomplish that yet lol. I love dairy Queen did I mention I love dairy Queen they're blizzards are awesome I also get one of them every single day if not two.

I order a vanilla ice cream cone in a cup. My child was handed a cup of vanilla ice cream. I brought this to the attention of a young man working behind the counter and he didn’t acknowledge me twice when I spoke to him. The cashier Tina came over and took the cup of ice cream back and handed my child a vanilla cone with no cup. I told her I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone placed in a cup. The cashier, Tina, again handed me another cup of vanilla ice cream. Again I explained that I wanted a vanilla ice cream cone made, but I wanted the ice cream cone placed in a cup. The cashier Tina smashed a cone on top of the ice cream cup and threw the cup at us. And then she walked away and told her co-workers she didn’t understand what I was complaining about because I got what I wanted in the first place. I then had to wait for the rest of my order while she sat there and talked bad about me to her coworkers.

Thin mint blizzard was fine. Customer service was eh. The girl taking my order 3 minutes ago was sweet and fantastic. Girl making ice cream made the peoples ice cream in front of me. Walked to the back for about 4 minutes, came around the corner, girl at the register said are you gonna make the ice cream, girl making ice cream said SHE FORGOT THEY HAD ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Ok no big deal, puts a little ice cream in the cup, COWORKERS WALK IN, GETS DISTRACTED AND SHE WALKS WITH MY CUP TO THE BACK OF THE STORE BECAUSE THEY WANT FOOD. Comes back, finishes my ice cream, doesn’t even apologize, puts my cup upside down (awesome) puts it down and walks away without even saying anything. 10 minutes for one blizzard ice cream with attitude? No thank you.

Okay let me say this is a regular stop for me and my family when we travel 95 highway going North. When we arrived to purchase our travel blizzards 🛑 Stop no ICE cream 😳. Oh my DQ with no ice cream. Okay I can understand being down a few hours. How about is has been days. Come on DQ let's get it together!!!🤓

This DQ location is the absolute BEST! My husband and I were driving back from South FL when our car broke down here. The DQ team helped jump start our car and tried other ways to help when that didn't work. We had to return the next day to meet a mechanic and eventually tow our vehicle the remaining 10 hours of our trip. The manager asked how were doing and if they could help. They kept us hydrated and worked to keep us comfortable in that REALLY trying situation. That you, Team DQ!
