Checkers

Just want to start off by saying I love checkers food and prices. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. I have been there 3 times in 6 months each time gotten worse. First tine waited 22 minutes for cold food, second time they were out of everything. Now this last time, waited 16 minutes for mozzarella sticks and got a hair with them!!!! Sorry checkers time to fire everyone here and try again!!

Not a bad place but wish it was cleaner. I think the burgers may be a little better than the other chain burger places but I seldom eat at any of them. The buns seemed to be better than the other places and the burgers not as dry. Sometimes the chili dogs are cold on the inside but at least they have them and most of the time they are okay. If you are into the fast burger shops, try them.

Went to the walk up window for service. What a mistake! Found out they are timed on drive through but not walk ins. Waited 30 minutes for our order and was wrong. We were given the wrong order had to wait again to get correct order. Saw 4 cars back out of the drive through without getting food. Appears they got tired of waiting. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The owner and or manager need to straighten this store out. That is if they care and I doubt if they do or this store wouldn’t be in the disorganized state it is.

This Checkers cooks their fries half way and waits for someone to place an order to cook them the rest of the way. While they’re fresh & hot, they’re twice as greasy. I don’t know how, but the burgers were just as greasy. I had acid reflex from all the grease and it was all I could taste the rest of the day. Food from this Checker’s is not edible at all!

Terrible experience. Ordered a five piece boneless meal, got a five piece boneless meal..was charged for a five piece bone in meal. That’s double the price of the boneless meal. When we brought it to the attention of an employee, he said “sorry, no refunds”. Unbelievable, they can over charge you and then make you wait 10 minutes for your food... not to mention, we ordered two value sprites (rang as two value fries @ .60 extra) and extra sauces. Once we got to the park, after waiting an extra 20 minutes for another meal (because we could get a refund), not one sauce in the entire bag. We just moved to Sebastian. We love eating a checkers, but we will, likely, never eat here, again.
