Cafe In Paradise

Even though it may look busy. few people in line ahead of you when you get there. You'll be sitting before you know it. I think it took me longer to decide what I wanted even being there before. It's a diverse menu. Took less time for the kitchen than it did for me to decide. They got a system back there. I had Southern fried steak and eggs . it was awesome. Sausage gravy on it . Try their grits I do like their home fries and hash browns better..

Manager lacks customer service skills. I placed an order through Grubhub that the restaurant claims was never received. I waited over an hour. Instead of making it right, the manager refused service completely. Ridiculous. Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Food is not so good that their lack of professionalism can make up for it. Please note, the restaurant’s response to my original review is not what I was advised by the manager. They refused to allow me to replace the order with Grubhub and when I offered to place the order directly with them and to pick up the food, they still refused. This restaurant does not care about their customers.
