I wanted to eat a good steak with my husband and not have to worry about the hit or miss service that restaurants sometimes offer, so I chose Spencer's trusting that if it's the Hilton's main hotel, the service had to be good. Well... Everything was great! Our server, David, was beyond nice and attentive. He exceeded my expectations for good customer service (and I was a server in my younger days). His attentiveness and professionalism was top notch. And the food was exquisite. Yes the selections are limited, but I didn't care because I only wanted to eat a juicy fillet mignon with mashed potatoes (whipped yukon). I highly recommend this restaurant. And to those that complained about the cost, I get it, but I can't complain because their prices are pretty standard for steak restaurants.
John, in the bar is the best waiter ever!! Always friendly :-) Remembers my service dog and my name even if we havent been in in a while!! Great guy!! Greaaaat customer service :) Give Him Kudos!
