We only had breakfast here. Limited menu due to COVID-19 The staff was courteous and accomodating. The omelets and eggs were a little uneven in preparation, omelets brown on the outside, eggs over easy ordered, cooked with hard yolks.

Average Hilton dining for the captive guest.
The best things about Spencer's are convenience and size. If you're a guest or meeting a guest, there's plenty of space a d rarely a wait. As with many hotel dining options, prices are 5-10% higher than off property, but you avoid any transportation cost and time. We had breakfasts and one dinner here, and food was OK. Breakfast portions were good, though the buffet was significantly over-priced at $25 for a weekday breakfast.

Very small menu and expensive for what they have.. I had to walk out because it was poor service didn't even have a menu you had to find it online while your sitting at there restaurant ridiculous

Quite ok restaurant for an airport hotel. Touch and feel like a real one. Very helpful waiter. The list was a bit short but enough if you are a steak person. Meat was cooked as ordered, nothing special there. A bit pricey, steak almost 50$ without sides.
