What a great experience! The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is perfect, and the food is amazing. They had great safety protocols in place, we felt very comfortable. Highly recommend for a wonderful night out.

Amazing dinner this evening at Il Nido in West Seattle. Great atmosphere. Very covid-19 aware. Their presentation stimulated the appetite and built anticipation. You can tell their plating is a creative, thoughtful process. This was a meal that I can compare to ambrosia, the food of the gods.

Wonderful birthday dinner last night. Ended up getting a same day reservation for two out of pure luck! They are currently doing two seatings a night, one at 5ish and one at 8ish. This is nice bc once you sit it means that there aren't a lot of people walking around except for staff. They do a temp check when you arrive, which I appreciate. Once you sit there is hand sanitizer on the table, And linen drapes between some of the tables. The menu is currently tasting menu only, $115 pp. Four course, two choices for app, pasta, and main (beef/fish), 4 choices for dessert. No surprise the pastas are amazing. I wish I could have done 2 pasta courses, as they were the highlight and the main was the least exciting. Drinks are also very nice. Got the off-menu black manhattan, which was so good we had several more.

Fantastic night. Went here for a date night with my wife and from the start it was a blast. Cameron, the Maître d', greeted us warmly and helped us to our table. We ordered one dish from each course and it was plenty of food for us. The food and drinks were delicious and arrived with very little wait between courses. Be warned this is not a fast experience and should be enjoyed for the meandering experience it is. Ambience was great in the old but renovated lodge. The mix of rustic wood and modern angles was delightful.

Il Nido offered one of the most personal and delightful meals we have had in a while. The food--especially the pasta--was well-executed. The wine pairings well chosen and explained. The COVID protocols seemed thoughtful and rigorous without being a hinderance to the meal. Most of all, the whole team provided an outstanding welcome and service.

We have been waiting for the grand opening and today is the day! Everything from appetizer to desert was exquisite. Too bad that we cannot come back for another month.

The food everything patrons of Il Corvo would expect in terms of quality, but in a dinner dining setting. Pasta, instead of the main attraction, is now just a course in a great menu. They have a nice wine and cocktail menu, the breads are delicious, and you can get mains like a whole trout or other meats. We loved the bruschetta lardo and the whole trout in particular. The staff was friendly and attentive, and - we managed to get in with no reservations (arrived 2 minutes prior to opening on a Saturday.)
