Pizza Hut

Usually an okay experience with this location. What you order, friendly delivery in a timely fashion. But I'd have to say I'm a bit disappointed my last order. One of my pizzas should have been thin crust (It was not). Both pizza's crusts I ordered were wrong for that matter. Topping were just kinda blah and lacking. Probably the worst Pizza Hut experience I've had in a while. Should have just went for more authentic. I mean we would have been better off with Little Caesar's with which I really do not prefer either.

I will give this rating for the experience I had. I ordered 3 pizzas and a garlic bread by phone, I went to pick up the order and they only made two for me and without the garlic bread, for the small error he gave me the garlic bread for free, I paid for the two pizzas. I asked him for a third pizza and pay for it, he told me in 10 min will be ready, i came back in 10 min and the employee no longer remembered me and just wanted to give me the first 2 pizzas and the bread, I asked for the third that i paid before and he became aggressive serving me in a bad way, I decided to leave the store with 2 pizzas and I lost the money I paid for the third one that they didn't give me. The end I had to pay again for a pizza more I needed and another different employee took my order. in total I paid for 4 pizzas and they only gave me 3 just because the employee forgot my face in 10 min.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a food place. There customer service was terrible I was sworn at and hung up on. Would highly recommend not coming or buying from this store people there have no respect for customers or customer service sounded high and didn’t seem to care about there work service
