Order your tickets online. I learned the hard way, they're about $10 more at the window. Otherwise, a great aquarium, planetarium and rain forest exhibit. Easy parking underground.

Small, beautiful historic theater. The sound system is fabulous. I love how the bars are all on elevated areas separate from the main floor.

I love this venue for concerts. The adjacent bar has good food and good drinks (just pricey). The inside has standing room in front of the stages with bar seating all around the back and sides. Always have a great experience here.

Nice cozy place for catching some live music. The place sounds good as long as you're in front of the stage. The sides is good to hang out and chill while getting a drink and to have a conversation.

The Showbox is an older venue, I guess there's something historical about it but not being a Seattle native I don't know what that's all about. I much prefer the SoDo, Neumos and old Studio Seven but the Showbox is okay for what it is. The sound system has been alright for the shows that I've seen here. Drinks are very overpriced though, $10 a shot so make sure you get your pre-game on somewhere else before you arrive, and their bartenders can be complete trouser stains when they don't get tips. Maybe if you price your shots at $8 I'd have a couple singles left to tip with, eh? Parking around here kinda sucks too. Welcome to Seattle, right?

The Showbox is a very special place. Generations have seen great bands and acts there. The hospitality services were numerous with several great bars and the staff is really saw to the best interst of clients. The one downside is accommodations for acoustics are minimal. With improvement to the acoustics, it would be an amazing intimate environment.

Amazing mid-sized venue for live shows. Lots of space and great sound. Nice ambiance as well. Staff works hard and is friendly. Good selection of brews, cocktails, and some grub.
Any shows that you can catch at The Showbox are well worth your time!
