I have been going to this location every morning for a consistent 5 years. The staff have been phenomenal! Always friendly, always very prompt service, the staff are always smiling at 5 AM, and most of the time I was recognized by name. It really has a warm, neighborly atmosphere that I'm happy to see is a solid staple in West Seattle.

This Starbucks, that has a drive-thru, is efficient at servicing the large lines especially in the drive-thru. Sometimes the line is backed up to the street, but I'm never waiting for more than 10 minutes.
Exceptional service by the crew at this location, especially their compliance to covid safety protocols. My large, complicated orders are always on-point.
Sometimes you can some out and adore other people's dogs while you wait. Look at this cutie!

I just went through their drive thru and on top of the window girl touching the bottom of her shoes twice... the girl making my food dropped the cream cheese on the ground (which was extremely dirty) then proceeded to pick it up and put it in the bag with my bagel and utensils. I'm not a germ crazy person but I certainly don't want that touching what I'm going to eat.
