Wet floor signs were blocking the drive through, and the doors were locked. This was around 6:30pm. There were a couple employees behind the counter talking but they weren't letting anyone in. Several people parked and tried to do a mobile order. I almost did but stopped when I saw a few people get turned away. One of them was yelling about having a already paid. I left disappointed since they didn't want to serve anyone.

On Jan 7th/2021 @ approximately 2-3 pm - I was at this location and in front of me was an older Caucasian gentleman picking up his order. After he left I was the only customer in the store and while I placed my order via the self serve order system, the staff were loudly showing their dislike/hatred for the gentleman because they assumed he was a Trump supporter. I suppose they felt it was okay to talk so negatively about him with me in ear shot because I am black as the night. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the manager for allowing this type of behaviour and comments to be made. The staff here are an absolute embarrassment and need to be retrained on how to treat people with respect and compassion. It was incredibly disappointing to see.
