Zaw Pizza

Zaw makes a good pie, but every time I go in they tell me it's a 30 minute wait, so I normally end up going to Papa Murphy's up the street. Very limited hours of operation, so if you live on an island (like I do) and want to just get something before you're out of options, you have to cross fingers and hope they're open when you drive by. I could order online and pick it up like everyone else, but if I was going to put that much effort into it, I would rather take my wife out to a real resturaunt.

Paleo, Low Carb, low sugar, Pizza I am giving this Pizza 5 stars because as far as I know it is the only Low Carb pizza in the Seattle area, and it tastes good. It is great to find a Low carb Pizza, and therefore low sugar, because all carbs whole grain or not are turned into sugar by your body. The toppings are very high quality just like all of Zaw’s other pizzas. The crust is made from almond flower, which is low carb, unlike gluten free flower, which is high carb. This low carb pizza is a must for anyone who is diabetic, has a high A1C, or high blood sugar. It is the only pizza that I eat guilt free because I have been on a low carb low sugar diet for three years that has greatly improved my cholesterol, joint stiffness, A1C, and reduced my weight.
