I'm so glad Beth's is back. Don't come here with vegans, but otherwise this is a great breakfast spot! I take off a star because sometimes kitchen doesn't omit ingredients you ask to remove. But the wait staff is great and the portions are generous (even for the scrambles, which the menu claims is for less hungry people. 😋) I recommend getting something that comes with breakfast potatoes - super simple but perfect.

We stopped here on a Monday for breakfast. We parked nearby and the place was not too busy. Service was fast and prompt. I got the short stack with a side of sausages. The pancakes were decent. The sausages were okay. My wife got the veggie scramble which was pretty good. Overall a nice place.

The salmon omelette, biscuits, and steak and eggs are AMAZING. I’ve visited Beth’s two times now, and they have not let me down. The customer service is some of the best in Seattle. Super attentive and friendly waitstaff. The diner is a little rough in terms of appearance, but the staff appears to keep things clean. If I doubted the cleanliness I would not return, but it does not appear to be a problem. Check out this locally owned diner!

I ordered the 6 egg Triple Bypass omelette and whoa nelly, that was massive with lots and lots of meat and best of all it comes with all you can eat hash brown! The service was super fast and very friendly, the cafe is bigger than it looks from the outside so seating shouldn't be a problem.

Tried several things. All was good and tasty but not great. The country fried steak was thin and the gravy under seasoned. It was all good and I left full. I’d go eat there again.

Finally made it back after the reopening, and we were not disappointed. Same space with fun art, and the food is still delicious! Kept getting food envy every time another table got their orders. Can't wait to visit again!

This place belongs in Texas for how big the meal is. You get so much food for what you order is outstanding. It's usually done fairly fast and always fresh for how few of workers there are. Can't go wrong spending time with Beth

Nice little neighborhood hotspot with a really interesting history. Our friends had been bragging this place up for months so we finally tried it. Decent food, price was right for the portions. The management was very visible which is RARE these days, the servers were pleasant and the place place was clean for the greasy spoon that people describe it as. We’d definitely come back.

How I did not know of this restaurant, it escapes me. Beth's Cafe has all the dinner feel and yummy taste you're looking for. Their specialty is their humongous 6 or 12 egg omelets. We chose the Triple Bypass, with all the meat fillings they could find. Perfection! Their hashbrowns could use a little more flavor but they're playing second fiddle to the omelets. Definitely a place to visit again to try all their offerings.

This old-school greasy spoon has made a comeback! Service was friendly & attentive but not really good on details. Got our order wrong (they don't have a traditional eggs benedict, they have a country gravy version, which is basically a scrabbled egg on a biscuit), but they fixed it on the receipt but dang, we waited for a good half-hour to get it corrected. The 12-egg omelet is their gimmick & I completed a triple bypass with fixin's you don't get anything except bragging rights so if you're expecting something, just be aware that they don't even give you a high-five. 😒 They filled my coffee & service was always with a smile. We made sure to pick up a Beth's Cafe shirt ($25) Midas 5-stars - for the good memories Midas 3-stars - for the smaller portions of food & lack of accuracy in the service & slow 🐌 correction.
