This place is GREAT!!!!!! The blackened salmon is excellent and the rotisserie chicken is soooooooo good. Service is awesome and the food has been wonderful every time I have been there.

We need more places like Roost. This is a simple spot with a welcoming decor, casual but nice. Great for families. The food is scratch made - nice options like Rotisserie Chicken, burgers, salads, and sandwiches. Nothing fancy, but very comforting and well done.
My Veggie Burger and side of house made Beef Vegetable soup were delish and satisfying. The burger was more of an "imitation beef burger" than say, a nut burger. It was juicy and flavourful. The soup was terrific - one of those soups that perks you up - clearly homemade.
My husband loved the chicken - it had great flavour, was moist and was a very large portion. The side fries were no slouch either - thin, perfectly crisp with great seasoning.
The one strange thing was the split between the mini ice cream shop in the front and the restaurant....when offered dessert, they didn't give us ice cream options! Key lime pie, chocolate cake and something else...no mention of the ice cream. Odd. We had to get up and go get ice cream from the front of the shop, then they rang us up for lunch and the ice cream in the ice cream area...other than that, we loved it here and will be back!
I absolutely loved this place. It's some what small but perfect for a quick bite with a home made taste. I had the meat loaf sandwich and it was the best meat loaf I have ever tasted in my life! The fact that it was in sanwhich form with a delectable bread and caramelized onions and cheese it enough to make your taste buds explode. The portion was perfect left me telling full and satisfied. They also have chicken rotisserie in the end of the restaurant in glass. When you walk in that is the first thing you smell but it's not overbearing, it's like when i walk into my mom's house and she has been cooking. Love that smell. They also have this cute little area for ice cream, my kids loved it as did I. They have good flavors, I highly recommend this place.
My wife and split the roast chicken dinner and it was pretty good. Plenty of food, great service, and a good relaxed atmosphere. We feel this would be a great place for our whole family to eat at. Plus they have a take out option.

fabulous staff for most part, wonderful personable owner, obviously diverse workforce, polite, professional, clean, just about everything was fine. The meatloaf provided was fabulous and I saw the potatoes were made fresh on site. The kitchen area is very clean and well kept. I felt for the most part treated very very well during the hours I did choose to spend there and overall with just a few exceptions by a single person I say this is a very very good place to eat! Do Not miss it for anything. My last visit was about a week ago and I felt it important to leave before my shift got going good and one persons bad actions should never jeopardize such obvious and DEDICATED WORK BY SO MANY IF NOT QUITE ALL. If you see Johnny be careful please I felt bullied and harassed by that guy. I think he might have chronic pain and it can make people real grumpy and sore overall kinda. One bad day is enough taking two bad days out on me in workplace doesnt fly pal. Great restaurant, great food. one bad worker. Bad Johnny donen b a workplace intimidator harasser or bully ever again please. Oh Yes the pay was quite fair and agreeably prompt AND THE OWNER does a very very good business. I sincerely cannot fault the owner for an employee given her overall reflection of courtesy respect opportunity and prompt professional response to the bullying I experienced. Kendra deserves to have a waiting list a week long for her Roost I know professional and the Roost Rocks. You at going to love the people the food and the environment. Great spot. I had the veggie hash, it was a great selection of fresh veggies. Friendly service. We came in around 2 and we were still able to eat off the brunch menu.
Cute little café with comfy booths, nice staff, and pretty good food. Had a great Sunday brunch there with my girlfriend. 10/10 would brunch again. (PS the BBLTA is delicious!)
Super yummy! Really close to Seattle Children's Hospital. The half chicken meal with fries and cole slaw is spectacular. We'll be back again!
Food is fantastic! You can tell everything is homemade and fresh! Great atmosphere, staff and ice cream. Highly recommended!
Excellent brunch and service. The whole roasted chickens look delicious. Definitely going back to try one.
Chicken was really excellent. If we lived closer, I'm sure we'd take advantage of their takeout roasted chicken as well.
