The Spicy + Kale Caesar is the best. I used to frequent the Evergreens in Bellevue when I worked there - very happy to be again working right next to Evergreens in Pioneer Square. I love that they mix the salad for you, and you can customize with grains, light/medium/heavy dressing, protein, and lots of toppings!

I love their coffee. The atmosphere is very unique. Age group 30 and up. Artistic, creative and a lot of activities go on in George Town.

Fab location and best salads ever, no matter which one u stop into... Plus the girl who made my salad had the most beautiful face, smile and big blue eyes! 😁

It was 7:45, around 2 hours until their open time. My stomach is in huge pain. I asked them if I can borrow the bathroom. They are so friendly and let me get in. In such a cold morning, my heart fills with love and warm. Thank you.
