I try all of the Thai food restaurants in the area and this is definitely a contender for number one

Had a quick bite here during the Summer Solstice festival. I got a spicy chicken dish with white rice. Overall it was pretty good though the chicken was just a tad dry. But I'd definitely come back and try something else next time! Olympic Otter

One of the best potstickers my spouse has ever had. Chicken was perfectly cooked, and outer layer was perfectly fried. Very crunchy, not so oily. Thai tea was also good, just enough sugar and cold to drink in a sunny weather. We weren't very hungry when we visited. Will try their main dishes next time!

Great tasting Thai food from a popular food truck with a funny name. I've definitely been roped in and would come again to this food truck during my lunch break. The food truck location changes everyday. I came by as a part of my Eastlake Escapade (see Other section for description of what this is). Food I got the crispy garlic chicken that they are best known for, according to the guy at the window. The chicken was nice and crispy in the outside and very juicy on the inside. There was never a dry bit of meat. The outside glaze is sweet, and not excessively fishy since they use a shrimp paste house sauce. It's over a thin bed of lettuce but it's nowhere close to being like a side of salad. Best eat the food while it's still hot! Atmosphere Food truck so you eat wherever you want. The parking lot at 1201 Eastlake Ave is very safe and there is plenty of room to quickly pull in and order food. Pricing Prices for the portion were decent given the increase in cost of food, gas, and inflatio. The value for food is good. There's a $0.50 charge for ALL card purchases. Service Excellent service. The man helping me at the window was very nice. I got there when there was no line and had my food within 3 minutes. Other Trucks are tucked away at the back of the parking lot so make sure to look for it!! My Eastlake Escapade refers to my food adventures that I go on during my lunch break since I work in the area. One of the common spots I go to is the Adaptive & Bloodworks parking lot at 1551 Eastlake OR 1201 Eastlake parking lot where they host a daily rotating food truck.

Chicken pad thai was pretty good and they give you a good amount but I think it was a little too pricey still. Staff is friendly and professional.

Really excellent Thai take away food! We had the cashew stir fry and volcano chicken, both were sumptuous and exceeded expectations! Would definitely get this again. One thing to note - it's Americanised Thai, so it is quite sweet compared to traditional Thai food.

This is our absolute favorite Thai food in West Seattle! Great authentic flavor, fresh ingredients, ample portions. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced. We seriously love Thai U Up and can't believe the magic they're able to pull off in a food truck! Highly recommend.

I was going to take a picture after a couple bites, but... I couldn't stop it was amazing!! Great flavor, I got pad thai level 3 and had the spice flavor for sure especially eating it hot, but not the spice burn.. Will be going back often

I love this food truck. I've been going to it for years, starting when it used to stop near my work in downtown, and continuing to seek it out when they started parking in West Seattle and Roxbury! They have the best panang curry of any restaurant I've gone to.

Go here monthly...or more. Years ago we didnt like the food. Stayed away. Gave another try about 4 months ago...redemption! Weve now gone at least 8 times. Consistently good and fast. We ask for no onions and they usually comply...bonus.
