Chef King - Seattle - Photo album

Chef King is a hidden gem! To my knowledge it's the best Chinese food option in the larger Greenwood/Phinney Ridge/Ballard area. Very authentic Sichuan, the flavors are on point. Prices are also very reasonable as portion sizes are massive. Each entrée will easily feed 2 people or one person for mu
Very nice place for a casual dine-out. Parking lot is small. The restaurant has about 3 parking spots. But you can park across the street at the Fred Meyer lot. I love that there’s ‘I don’t know’ and ‘whatever’ on the menu. Lol maybe I’ll try them next time.
Let me get the negative out of the way first; it's a bit over priced in my opinion. Now that that's out of the way.. It's very delicious! I got the Orange Chicken and my wife got General Tao's Chicken. We also both got a side of rice(not included which is weird to me). We shared our meals and both l
An underrated Chinese restaurant in Ballard. They serve authentic Chinese food as well as American Chinese food. Recommend the lame beef! The parking lot is tiny but the place was pretty much open on Friday night as they mostly take to-go orders. The place was super cold though and we would apprecia
Had our first dinner here and everything is good! The spicy boiled fish is authentic but not too spicy. Kid loved the candy duck and green onion pancake. They also have bubble teas and they are legit!
Excellent addition to the greenwood neighbourhood. Cold noodles of course are amazing. Super friendly staff that is more than happy to encourage adventurous westerners. Tried the secret chef special, and it was all the awesome protiens, stir fried, on rice, and did not disappoint. Taramisu is a gre
Very happy I finally tried this place. You’ll enjoy if you you are looking for Sichuan style food like what you would get in China. Glorious to have well done and not crazy expensive authentic Chinese food here in north Seattle. Will definitely be back.
The food here is really great it's definitely worth a try, my only issue is how expensive it is. I'd definitely come here more if it was more affordable.
I went in here at about 3pm on Wednesday and it was super quiet but I had no issues with that. The man waiting tables was super nice and quick. The food came out super fast and was delicious! I had never gone before but I got Orange Chicken and Crab Rangoon, both were incredible. It might be my new
Food was good and service friendly! Definitely going back here and glad to have a good Chinese restaurant nearly!
I don't know how I missed this place, but our delivered meal last night was delicious and the portions were definitely very generous. The only odd thing was that we ordered 4 meals and only got one fortune cookie. But the fortune said to share...haha! It's hard to find decent Chinese in North Seattl
Went for the first time today and OMG! I had the green onion pancake, Dan Dan noodles, shrimp fried rice, and the rock candy duck. I can’t stress this enough...try the duck! It was amazing! Seasoned beautifully and cooked perfectly. The skin had a sticky sweetness and the meat was so juicy! Worth ev
Chef King is a new Chinese restaurant sitting where the old Mori Japanese restaurant use to be right across from Fred Meyer. Can say they have some absolutely excellent Chinese food and great service. The waitresses kindly explained things to us in English for things we did not recognize in Chinese
