Evviva is art in motion. I ordered a pie to go but stood and watched my dough tossed, and dressed on the beautiful marble countertop and placed into the woodfired oven. Truly a sight to behold. And what a difference it makes cooking pizza in a woodfired oven. I don't think I go back to pizza out of a regular oven again. Who am I kidding? If it's good I'll eat it. But I'll be comparing it to the Evviva experience from now on.

Had a pretty solid pizza for lunch. I would come back here for sure. They also have a nice deck for the summer days but are only open on Fridays for lunch. Friendly staff too. The price of a 16" pizza seemed a tad steep but it was definitely a good quality item.

The menu is eclectic Super good. The owners cook and wait as well. Prices are reasonable and well worth it.

Cozy spot on Queen Anne Hill on Queen Anne Ave and it has an actual parking lot, which is rare. We had the Caprese salad and love their pizzas.

Great pizza. Really enjoyed the Gyro pizza. Added outdoor seating and new appetizers for summer.

Favorite pizza place. The Crust is chewy, crispy, and all I can remember is that it's fantastic. Kind of like eating a hard Crust artisan bread, it's not doughy or airy. Pizza can be drenched in oil sometimes (wish it weren't swimming in it) but the Flavor for all pizzas have been superb! For $18 per person, you'll have some left over (14inches) Their prosciutto pizza, blueberry goat pizza, combo (very greasy) and potato pizza are very good.

There are a lot of good pizza options around but Evviva definitely holds its own. We got a variety of different kinds and enjoyed all of them. We did prefer the medium pizzas over the large as the crust seemed to be a tiny bit soggy in the middle of the large pizzas but it wasn't too bad and didn't stop us from devouring it all! Very satisfied, will be back.

Pizza and pricing are good but not great. Have ordered takeout every time I've visited. One thing that grinds my gears a little is that every time they've given me an estimate (of say- 20 minutes), I show up 20 minutes later, and then end up waiting another 20 for a total of 40. An occasionally misestimate is totally understandable but it seems to be habitual.

Very tasty Italian-style pizzas with premium toppings, served by very nice people! Good wine and beer selection and salads as well. They have a lovely patio and fast to-go.

Our favorite pizza from edmonds closed, so just visited the newer location in Queen Anne. Just as delicious as we remember: thin; crisp; brick oven crust. Evviva salad is delicious - especially with the creme fraiche.

Good crust, decent selection of options for toppings, broad if small beer and wine lists. Caprese salad came out refrigerator cold - would have benefited from having the tomatoes stored at room temperature before slicing, and maybe serving it on a plate that had spent a minute or 3 under a heat lamp. And more basil.

A 16" pizza gives 77% more pizza at only 58% more cost. However, I recommend getting one 12" for each person as the flavors are worth trying. Blueberry goat cheese was really good!

The quality of the ingredients are A+, this is by far our favorite pizza in Queen Anne! We've tried almost every kind but I recommend the Eva or Funghi. This place is great!

We are long time customers of the Edmonds location and we tried the Queen Anne location today for the first time. To our delight we were met with the chief we love from Edmonds. This pizzeria is for people who know something about Neapolitan Pizza and understand what they are looking at when they see the pizza being made. This is not a typical American pizzeria, you will be disappointed if that is what you are looking for, reflected in some of the comments in other reviews. This is Hands down them most authentic Neapolitan pizza in the Northwest. The owner follows the traditional rules of Neapolitan pizza from over 100 years ago. Made from a “lean dough”, it is aged in a cold ferment, slowing the yeast for 4 to 7 days producing more of the desirable flavor compounds, then they hand form the dough on a cool marble counter in the authentic manner. The ingredients are chosen with strict standards using organic, all natural and imported ingredient’s, the San Marzano tomatoes, imported 24 month cured Prosciutto, and one of my favorite ingredients are the castelvetrano olives. The pizza is then slipped into an applewood fired oven cooked at ultra-high temperatures for around 90 seconds to ensure good puffing and charring before it can dry out and become tough.
All drinks are thoughtfully selected to be served, my favorite is the Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier imported from Germany, served on tap, it is rated at the #1 Hefeweissbier in the world. The unfiltered beer has flavors the complement the yeast crust of the pizza. My wife prefers the craft brewed root beer on tap.
Every detail is followed in both locations, even the background music is authentic and instrumental giving us a mini one hour vacation, a perfect escape from our work day. The cost of the dining experience may seem high for some, but I find it to be aligned with the quality of food, service and atmosphere that takes me back to authentic casual dining when we lived in Europe.

Wood fired pizza one of my favorites. I got the Carne trio the sausage had the perfect light zing to it. Thecrust was crunch not burnt and not to smoky. I really enjoyed my dinner here. I will be back

So far, Evviva in a converted gas station in upper Queen Anne makes my favorite pizza in Seattle after having moved here two years ago. Just so you know, I come from Tony-Soprano-land in North Jersey. My standard for pizza is Arturo's in Maplewood and Fiamma in Millburn and Montclair. Evviva is not quite on *that* level but they make an excellent artisanal, wood-fired pie for a pretty reasonable price; especially in Queen Anne. The crust is crispy/chewy with a little char. Just right. (I really think some other reviewers have gotten used to dominoes and don't know the difference. Fuhgeddaboudit.) The decor is a little simple but the food definitely makes up for it. I also had excellent service when I was there on a Friday night: seated quickly, clean table, food arrived in under 15 minutes.
