I didn't know earlier that traditional Indian spices are used for the Japanese Curry. Yet it tastes so different, unique and palatable. I have already been to Hurry Curry several times by now trying many different items from their menu. While curry is the main attraction, the Yoshoku dishes are definitely worth a try. I found wafuu pasta, blending Italian wheat and egg noodles with chicken and seafood in a light sauce, very yummy. The staff have been very friendly and service is excellent. My only caution to all my vegetarian friends- Adding all the vegetarian toppings to your curry dish will make it pretty pricey. So, please choose the right ones, you will really like. It is absolutely worth a try and you will end if trying it again very soon. It's that good!!

Cozy lil Japanese curry spot with good, casual atmosphere and cute wall art. Order at the counter and they bring food to your table - everything very tasty. I enjoyed the beef curry (comes with hard boiled egg…) and pumpkin croquettes!

It was one of the best katsu curries I had in seattle. The chicken was so tender, and curry was amazing. Veg gyoza was also good. The service was so fast, definitely a good place for nearby working people. You can customize what can be added to the curry, try mushrooms, and they were really good with curry.

Food was tasty, though the chicken sandwich needed more sauce. Just a tad on the dry side. Fries were pretty good though. Excellent selection of drinks.

Surely one of the good Katsu curry I had eaten. I found the chicken and fish to be quite oily. But overall the meat, curry, and the salad all of it tasted great. Service was quick and place was clean. Small family run business. Would recommend to try this place if you haven’t.

The person at the front was busy on her phone and didn't notice us for a minute or two. She was very nice though and helped us order. The food was pretty good but it needed more curry sauce. After ordering, the arrived quick. Overall I thought it was an enjoyable place.

My wife has been ordering from this place lately and I have been hearing mostly good things. I was downtown today and had nothing to eat for lunch so I took a bus to Hurry Curry Tokyo. The place had a casual vibe and they had a minimalist look. I went after the lunch rush but they still had people coming in. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry (medium spice) which came with the curry on the side and with some side salad. I was glad to see that they had canned Calpico but they also have fountain drinks. I got my food quickly after ordering at the counter. The chicken katsu was fried perfectly and the medium spiced curry had a kick but not too overwhelming. Overall a great lunch experience.

Non-fussy traditional katsu experience. You grab a menu and order at the counter. I got the traditional chicken katsu curry. The medium spice is just perfect and the flavors were good. Chicken was breaded well, not too much and it was crunchy and crispy. It came with a salad also. Fun decor inside and it wasn't very busy. Will come back again to satisfy my katsu cravings in the future.

Pretty good curry with nice options for customization. The happy hour fries come with meat so if you are vegetarian, just ask for the vegetarian option. The place is clean and open with a few outdoor tables. Order at the counter and your food will be brought to your table.

The curry with rice and chicken is good. I usually order on Grubhub for pick-up and most of times by the time I get there, it is ready. The customer service varies but lately it has definitely improved. It's also close to the freeway and open late for quick dinner.

Had the Chicken Katsu Curry Bowl that is basically three ingredients served in a bowl: rice, curry sauce, chicken cutlet. The rice was good quality Japanese rice. The curry sauce (medium spice level) was excellent with complex flavors, reflective of their curry spice mix. The chicken cutlet was not that good as it was clearly fried well before I ordered, not freshly made when ordered. It was also very thin. Order and pay at the counter and food is brought to your table. Dining room was large, clean, and comfortable.
