Jose's Taqueria

Update: After a year of patronage I still love this little Mexican place. The owner is amazing, as is the food. I tell everyone I can think of about Jose's! Just what most of the others have said. Excellent home cooked entree's, very generous portions and very reasonable prices. I had the Steak Ranchero yesterday, and today I had to go back for their wet beef burrito. Both were exceptional. Highly recommended.

I have been eating at this restaurant for about 2 years and have not had a bad experience. It's a mom and pop shop but no mom as Alberto runs the place himself. The food is very reasonably priced, generous proportions and always delicious. It's not just Spanish food as he does burgers and breakfast as well. My personal favorite is the cuban sandwich. Try it out sometime!

The service was nice and the restaurant was a nice quaint hole-in-the-wall type place. Surprisingly, the tacos have too much meat in them. I got a few chicken tacos and a few fish tacos and my main complaint is that they were a bit overfilled with chicken and fish. Due to this, the flavor was a bit bland even with the provided salsa. Overall the food was good considering the low prices. Only $2 for a chicken taco and $2.50 for a fish taco.

I’m giving this establishment 5 stars for great hospitality and even greater food. They were playing good music and singing along as they were cooking which shows that love is being put into the food. I ordered 4 tacos (2 steak 2 chicken), a wet burrito and a breakfast burrito and i cannot tell you how DELICIOUS they were. My brother said the wet burrito was “bomb”, my mom said the tacos were “fabulous and really great” with a stern facial expression along with it, and I, the KING of breakfast, LOVED my breakfast burrito. I actually can tell you how delicious they were. They were so good we ate them so fast that I totally forgot to make the review with pictures 😂 So please, stop by this wonderful restaurant and give them your money as their prices are top-notch and they will guarantee you freshness and deliciousness along with a nice full tummy.

Popped into Jose's today for some take out lunch and was blown away! Really great tasting food made from quality ingredients and huge portions! We had chicken quesadilla and a chicken salad and both were made with chicken breast that was perfect. This guy had a line in better tomatoes than we can get in the grocery store. Looking forward to trying the breakfast burritos!
