This building does *not* deserve its current ratings. Most low reviews are either very old or are reviews about the parking coming from non-tenants. So hear me out! I lived in the Broadway Building for more than a year now and my experience has been Ađź‘ŹMAđź‘ŹZINGđź‘Ź. Rent is well priced compared to other
I've been living here for more than a year and it's been the best building I've ever lived in. There are always fun community events happening, as well as events with the other building. Our community manager Brittany is always friendly and very helpful in resolving any questions and concerns. Ernie
Wonderful, beautiful building. Neighborhood is busy, but that's the best part. Excellent management and staff! The building feels less corporate and more small neighborhood. Thy throw wonderful events. On site security certainly helps with safety. Lovely place to live! ❤️

Amazing ! Had issue with my washer dryer combo and they immediately ordered my new washer and dryer and was installed quickly. I appreciate Melissa, and the team for getting this done quickly.
I've lived in this building for over a year now and love my apartment. Really impressed by the maintenance team--my requests are always addressed very quickly, usually the next day. I have been helped by Ernie and Chris, who are both extremely friendly and meticulous in their work.

Besides the loud noise from the dodgeballers playing on the tennis courts of Cal Anderson, I love living at the Broadway Building. All the staff are really nice. Whenever I have any maintenance problems, it’s always fixed within hours. I noticed my sink was leaking on a late Friday afternoon, and Er
I’ve really enjoyed living in this building for the last year! Management is always SO quick to respond to any issues we’re having and the staff is always so friendly to chat with. The price is good for the beautiful apartments and perfect location.
