Was in town visiting and this was by far the BEST bar I stopped at. From the staff to the drinks, everything was amazing. Super cool spot. Highly recommend.

An unforgettable experience. I came by on a night where they had 2 drag performers come out and they were amazing! The food here is incredible seriously I’ve been craving their fries since I left lol. I’ll have to come back again. The atmosphere is great and the owner was so nice he greeted my friends and I at the door!! The decor was fun and unique, they even have a fish-tank! I will 100% be returning every time i’m in the area.

Great place to chill. I just wish the karaoke KJ would consider skipping people who already sang on busy nights. That’s how it’s worked at other places I’ve sang at. I expect to wait longer than usual at octopus lounge.

The staff here are great, especially Peter who consistently reminds me that it’s a beautiful day in the great state of Washington at the door. I really appreciate how friendly the staff are to each other and to the regulars. Also, there are cute dogs sometimes and that makes everything better.

I have been going to The octopus for the karaoke on Sundays and Mondays now for about year. The singing is great and the staff are all friendly and attentive. I'm excited to see that they have added trivia to their Monday nights. Elic runs a great contest. I'm going to start coming early on Mondays for the trivia and stay late for the karaoke!

What an absolute vibe! It's fun. It's cute. Lavender cocktails forever. My only regret is that my favorite bartender lives in Seattle (and I don't).
Had such a blast here, felt so cared for, and got some truly incredible recommendations from Alyssa on local places to scope on my visit. 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Seattle and will absolutely be back!

I was recommended to check this bar out by a friend, I stopped by last night for a drink. Super lively atmosphere! Didn’t play trivia myself but everyone was super into it. Perfect vibe I was looking for and had great drinks. Planning on coming back next week! New go to bar!

The Octopus Bar has been my "home away from home" since the day it opened. It embodies what a bar is supposed to bring to a city--hospitality, culture, community, atmosphere, music, art, philanthropy, mirth, and merriment.
The creators and owners have always been phenomenal humans that care about the culture and the community, and they take a great deal of pride in their establishment.
Entertainment includes awesome bartenders, some of the best DJs in the city, karaoke, games & trivia, live music, dance competitions, charity events, and much more.
The food is simple, delicious, and as genuine and unpretentious as the staff.
What bartender should you ask for? Tommie is the veteran there--awesome human.
Whether you go out every night or just on occasion--this should be one of your top destinations.

This bar is dope. Bartender Tommie always comes with the good vibes and good drinks. Friendliest and most professional of all who work there for sure. Do yourself a favor and stop in sometime if you debating. Fridays are good vibes 😎.
