Good, Fast, Cheap. This place is only open for business lunch hours and gets very busy from 11-1. For good reason though, the basic chicken teriyaki is very good. Sometimes it can get a bit tough from overcooking, but at least you are getting a nice char on the chicken unlike some teriyaki places where it looks like they boiled a chicken breast. The spicy chicken is terrific. I usually prefer white meat but the spicy chicken is an exception for me. Chicken Yakisoba is excellent. Its not just a big bland plate of noodles, the sauce and pan sear really make it great. Service is great, they lady behind the counter is a dynamo. Fast, efficient and friendly. I wish I could get Teriyaki this good evenings and weekends...

Food came out quick and the staff was kind. Quiet place to eat and lots of seating space. Make sure to add sauce! The salmon teriyaki doesnt come with sauce on it so make sure you make use of the many sauce bottles before you leave.

I'm going to have to give this place a 4 and not 5 for tha simple fact that they close way too early. 2p is way too early to close. It doesn't serve tha neighborhood well when restaurants operate like this, but that's just me. Nevertheless, I love coming here. Teriyaki Chicken, Rice, and Cabbage is always a solid meal to get thru tha day. Again, I just wish they were open for dinner 🍽

I enjoyed a quick weekday lunch here and have a favorable first impression. This place is no frills, you order at the counter and food is brought to your table. Service was efficient, kind and courteous. The interior is spare but very clean though the entrance/exterior had given me pause when I first passed by. There were several folks from the neighborhood dining in but many seemed to be getting takeout. The teriyaki chicken was excellent (actually the best thus far I’ve had here in Seattle) nicely charred yet tender and moist with well prepared steam rice - Sauces are at the table which gives you more flexibility on how to dress your chicken. The egg roll was good (flavorful filling and they actually used an egg roll pastry wrapper) but slightly oily. Overall, a good value but would have appreciated a few steamed veggies or shredded cabbage as an accompaniment vs the chopped iceberg lettuce. I’m going to try several more dishes like their katsu and tempura and also their stir fry when I visit again.

Was hood food. They use paper plates for dine in. Nice people. Customer attention lacked. They don't even bring food to the table, just sat it on the counter and said it's ready. That was the last I heard from them. Wasn't an aweful experience, just not attentive.

Ordered the tuna poke bowl on DoorDash and it was good but not necessarily amazing. Wished there was a bit more tuna and a bit more umami flavor from the sauce shining through. Overall a little dull for my taste.

I love this place! The spicy chicken and crispy fried dumplings are delicious. (It's often a daily special.) The staff is friendly and quick. The food is consistently great and well priced (and plentiful!). Complimentary miso soup (self service) and oodles of hot sauces on the tables if you'd like to spice it up.

There yakisoba with beef was delicious! The vegetables were perfectly cooked and the sauces were very good. Definitely going to be added to my regular lunch spots.

Classic Seattle teriyaki and yakisoba. I like the gyoza too. Wish they were open in the evenings and weekends.
