Fantastic breakfast experience! We were in a hurry and thankfully quickly found an open parking space not too far away (there is no parking lot). Ordering at the counter was fast and easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Seating is limited but at 2 pm on a Sunday, it was not very busy and we did not have a wait. Per staff recommendations, we tried the Basil Brie Bacon savory waffle and the Speculoos sweet waffle with strawberries added. Both were excellent, we ordered another one to go for family and we'll definitely be back (and looking for the Trader Joe's cookie butter that's on the Speculoos— amazing!).

Berry compote waffle had a perfect mixture of fruit and taste. Waffle batter made from brioche. Had the 8 ounce Latte which was perfectly created. Small seating area but keeps moving.

The waffle batter is so good here! It's made with pearl sugar which holds form after baking so you can taste the sugar crystals. I tried the savory flavored waffles; the Brie bacon basil, proscuitto green onion waffles are super satisfying. This place is pretty quaint inside but the staff is friendly and the vibes are good.
