Pho So 1 - Seattle - Photo album

Still the best Bun Bo Hue in the Seattle area for me. It has all the proper fixings- pork knuckle and blood included- at a big portion and great price with lots of fresh veggies. I think they used to serve it with banana flower but didn't get any this most recent visit. Still dang delicious as alway
BEST PHO IN SEATTLE! There, I said it! As my previous spots have either dried up or are now hit-or-miss, I've found that Pho So 1 is truly #1. It took me way too long to try this place, but it's been my go-to for the last two years now. They're known for their Bun bo Hue, which I have not yet tried,
Amazing service and atmosphere! Very clean and orderly. We ordered the Egg rolls, Pho Dac Biet and Bun Bo Hue (BBH) So 1. Both were tasty and made us warm and full! Parking is limited, but there is underground parking that is probably best during the day. Beware of sportier cars scraping on exit fr
Best pho and bun bo hue we have had in Seattle! Portion was generous. Broth was so good that no condiments were needed. Service is as expected as most pho establishments. Not horrible but not very attentive either. The environment appeared very clean. Although the outside can be a little sketch du
Amazing bun bo hue and flan 😍 ate the BBH too fast so I didn’t get a photo of it
Came in and you basically choose where to sit. I ordered steak and brisket pho and a side of egg rolls. The pho was pretty good, the broth could use just a little bit more flavor. The egg rolls were great. The service is great, he got our order and our food came out pretty quick. I would definitely
I really like this authentic Vietnamese restaurant. It is not fancy, nor the best service on earth but very good foods and prices. With all stupid excuses about inflation, I am amazed this humble place still charges very reasonable prices for most dishes.
Ordered beef pho and it was so so good! Also their Vietnamese coffee is great! The only concern I had was that the bean sprouts looked old and questionable. So much so that my friends and I didn’t add them to our pho, which was good enough without it however. Friendly staff. Parking can be difficult
I have visited this place for over a decade. There are so many Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle downtown area and my pick is always Pho So 1 as they cook what it is supposed to be prepared. Bun Bo Hue and Pho Bo are always recommended for rainy days in Seattle. The owner, cook and staffs are kind
Love the host here — very friendly. And Pho and Bun Bo Hue are both very good
Genuine Vietnamese food served in a clean and bright atmosphere with parking. A wide range of menu options for the non Vietnamese and Vietnamese families as well.
My friend told me this place has good bun bo hue, and I am not disappointed. It was delicious. The soup is good, you can tell them to take out stuff from your soup if you don't like them. My friends told them not to put pork blood in it, but I wanted to try so they just gave all of it to me haha. Ov
One of the most underrated pho restaurants in the city! Seattle is amazing because a place as good as Pho So 1 would be the best pho restaurant in many other cities, but here not many know about it. The food here is really good... great broth, meat, and noodles. Definitely also try the #5 appetizer
Great little family pho place. Pho was great as were the shrimp rolls!
We've came time and time again. Food here is the bomb. Nuclear level tastes, brah. There are secrets in the broth. Suck it down to understand the secrets of the underworld. Seriously. I'd come back again.
We wanted authentic vietnamese food and this is it! ❤️ The food was amazing, customer service was on point and the overall atmosphere was great.
A very small pho place in ID. There is a underground parking lot that you can park there for free which is a great thing because parking is never free in Seattle! I read some great reviews on their bun no hue so I had t try it out! I am always on the search for a good recipe! This place definitely d
