This location is what you expect with Chipotle… But their customer service exceeds most others that I have visited!! And I have visited so many across the country! As it is “my go to” for healthy, fresh, food fast with generous portions!! They were very busy and definitely moving everyone through quickly, AND their friendliness and attention to each individual was Exceptional !! …great training grounds for any customer service business!

Great chipotle right here on the strip of California Avenue and West Seattle they are always on top of the bar and it is a delight to dine there please go check these guys out they deserve it

Best chipotle I’ve been to in the greater Seattle area in 6 years. Kudos to the floor manager for making sure people were nice, food was fresh, and the place was spotless.

Immaculate service, one of the best burritos I have ever had, and I have been around many Chipotles in my life. Koh Casaba deserves a raise for his outstanding service and attention to both customer and detail!

Staff is polite and quick! Floor and tables, however, need to be cleaned more frequently. The place was empty, so maybe they just had a rush.

Good 4 stars Service 5 stars Very patient even during a rush. I have an uncommon food allergy which causes me to ask a lot of questions and do a lot of research. The information was not available on the website, yet no one made a fuss about asking my questions. Sofia and her team made sure I was able to eat something with the rest of my family and didn't have to feel left out.
