It’s a cute place for drinking! You can make your own flight! The food are really good but a bit pricey 😅Recommend caviar deviled egg, bulgogi pincho, shrimp pincho, foie gras torchon. Especially bulgogi pincho, it’s really great! No dress code, not easy to find a parking. Easy to reserve a table for four!

First time here and it was good. Very good. Just expected a bit more umph and flavor pop from a tapas place. Sliders and pinchtos were solid. Expected a bit more from the $22 truffle gnocchi. Don’t get the sherry flight unless you like very woody sherries. I’ll be back to try again but not too soon.

So. Tapas, classic small plates, big spending. Well that’s true . This particular place is a”fusion” spot, which bring tapas “from Spain” with American and Asian influence together f.. I’m still trying to find what is what, yet I had a very pleasant experience . Some of the dishes like the foie gras sliders were absolutely amazing, while the prosciutto dish was very confusing “my mouth was” . All around a great spot. If you want to “spend” some quality time with friends .

Really love this place! The food is amazing! Highly recommended (1) bulgogi pincho (2) Foie Gras torchon (3) Yellowtail (so refreshing and goes well with other food). Also, they have flights for white wine, red wine, sherry, beer: this makes ordering drink so easy and you got chance to try out different stuff! Overall highly highly recommended it!

First time going, We very impressed! Absolutely delicious... fair prices, gourmet quality. We had Shrimp Pincho and Crab and Caviar Pincho, Salmon Pincho, and Bulgogi Pincho, Yellowtail Crudo, Wagu Beef sliders, Deviled Eggs, Hummus, and Ricotta meatballs. Everything was terrific and beautifully presented! Our favorite hands-down was the Yellowtail Crudo, Bulgogi Pincho Deviled Eggs and the sliders. Meatballs were good but dense, the sauce was amazing. Least favorites were the Crab Pincho and Meatballs.

We had a wonderful time working our way through the menu. The deviled egg, WAYGU skewer, and cauliflower were a few favorites, but everything was good. No liquor on site, just beer and wine (sangria too) The service was fair throughout. They do have indoor and outdoor (bubble) seating. Would return again especially if the menu changes to try even more tasty dishes. Cheers 🍻

Very good place with nice services! They have some good beers that worth trying! Foie Gras pinchos is tasty, most of the dishes come in small portions but the wagyu slider is very stuffy. The recommendations from the waitors are also great: Eggplant and eggslut. Price is reasonable, recommend this place!

Amazing tapas experience here in North Seattle! Fell in love with the concept while traveling through Spain and always seek out a restaurant in any new city I'm in. Happy to see it represented well here in Seattle. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Reservations recommended. Will definitely return!

Cute spot to hang out with friends. They have a good selection of wines. And 3-4 vegetarian dishes on the menu making it perfect for my group.

We went there for SRW. CTF board has a fresh taste but the amount was smaller than expected. The Eggsult is amazing. The staff were friendly. The only thing we do not like is that the restroom is too far away. You need to ask the waitress for the keys before going which is really inconvenient.

Cheese plate, Caviar Deviled Eggs and a red wine flight. Along with Smoked Wagyu Short Rib Skewer and the Wagyu Sliders. Service and food were amazing!

I couldnt believe there was not a wait list at 7pm on friday. We ordered 2 cesar salad, the lettuce was really crisp and fresh. Dressing was perfect and the tomatoes we so juicy and delish. The cauliflower was nice and smokey, bulgogi pincho was really tasty. We love the salmon tartare, and the mussels were so tender and had a beautiful broth. The steak was so tiny but it melted in my mouth. We really love Tapas Lab. Service is always great.

Stopped by around 7pm on a Friday, several tables were full but we were able to get seated right away. ORDERING You are greeted by a server who seats you, but you order at the cashier up front, you get a number, and then the server brings your food (server does not answer questions or take orders). You can choose to keep your tab open (indicated by your number), but you still have to go up to order anytime you want to add something. This is nice for when you just want to pay and leave instead of waiting around for a check, but can be annoying when there is a line of people in front of you asking questions about the menu and trying to order. This happened every time we just wanted to order another glass of wine. On the bright side, everything came out very quickly (except for when they forgot an item). You grab your own plates, serve ware, and water from stations they have set out. FOOD We tried the cured salmon and bulgolgi pinchos - cured salmon was tasty, but the salmon reminded me of packaged smoked salmon. Bread was mediocre (crust a bit too hard, inside a bit too soft). Bulgolgi was good, but a bit too strong flavored to eat more than 1 or 2 of, personally. Olives are just ok, but for $2 can't complain. The deviled egg is just one tiny bite, seems small for $2. Chorizo meatballs were good, and had a nice chorizo filling inside the actual meatball. Sous Vide Octopus is decent, you get one nice-sized octopus tentacle. Tasted a bit overcooked and might be pushing the price a bit at $14. DRINKS They have a decent little wine selection with reasonably priced glasses. For the price, we were happy with the wines. The rose/bubbly pours were huge. The full wine glass pours seemed on the small size, but the tasting flight was a great deal. For $10 you either get 3x3oz wine pours, or 4x2.5oz beer pours. They let me mix up red and white for the wine flight. We enjoyed the Tinto and the Pinot Noir. OVERALL This place was fun and I would come back for happy hour when all the bites and drinks are a bit cheaper. The food looks great in photos but is a bit underwhelming in person. I felt like the quality of everything was just a little bit lower than what you'd expect, but still good. It was an interesting experience and we still had fun. We paid about $100 for 2 people, and while we got a couple glasses a wine out of it, it didn't quite feel like a $100 dinner experience. The absolute WORST part of this place was the music. They were playing super terrible music - to the point of being distracting, and the table next to us agreed.
