This is a restaurant inside the Hyatt. We were at another hotel but visited the Hyatt. The food was delicious. The spaghetti and meatballs were a little spicy...loved it. The callimari was delicious. And the cannot was to die for.

I had the full breakfast buffet. Food is delicious. I don’t care so much for the service by my servant. Feels like she is very bossy.

Impress for being a hotel restaurant. Good and friendly service. Minimal libation list.
Food is good. Well served with a good presentation. Good place for travelers at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, Washington.

Wasn't staying at the Hyatt, but stopped by Andare for lunch. I ordered the brown butter gnocchi and added shrimp, everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. I also felt the price was well in line with the food quality.
If I have one critique, it's the mandatory service charge. I know how to tip wait staff and tend to tip well; adding in a mandatory service fee just makes things confusing and then pressures people to tip even more.

The garlic bread was delicious and the sauce that came with it was soooo good. Our server was friendly and very helpful, could not have been better! The dessert was very sweet, a bit too sweet for my taste, but was delicious otherwise.

Kristoffer was an amazing host with answering questions and clarifying the food options. So, at the end the food was extremely delicious, calamari hit the spot, and some gnocchi pasta to top it off. A great place to dine without a doubt at the Regency Hyatt Hotel

Excellent service from management and our server Kristoffer. He was warm, welcoming and very attentive.
For dinner we enjoyed an appetizer of calamari. Entree's of Gnocchi and Spaghetti and meatballs, all items were cooked perfectly and delicious.
Request a delicious cocktail from Alexander at the bar! He is amazing!

I had the linguine and highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally kind especially the manager. The other day I told them I was so hungry, I couldn’t wait the 40 min to eat, and they pointed me to a different restaurant. I returned the next day and was happy I did. Despite being in the middle of a conference, it wasn’t terribly busy for lunch, and I was able to be seated right away. It didn’t take too long to get the dish, and the waitress was attentive.

Andare is the hotel bar inside of the Hyatt downtown Seattle. It's easy to get to from the street, but parking around here is always really tough. The happy hour specials are where it's at, good prices and decent portions. The taste of the food is actually pretty good, especially the meatballs but not the buratta. Outside of happy hour, prices go up quite a bit so this is a one drink kinda bar. Service here is hit or miss, food takes a long time to come out, and the second there are more than 10 people in the bar area, service seems to get super slow, so avoid it if it's busy. Overall it's a good happy hour spot early on when it's not busy, but not really any other time.

It's a bummer that reviews from breakfast and dinner are merged, because it seems they should be differentiated. I visited for dinner - The service all around was great, especially the host/manager/maitre'd gentleman. They have a lot of gluten free options, and are good about remembering that as your preference. I was originally in the mood for pizza, but I feel like I would have been disappointed after seeing photos in other reviews. Tomato soup was good, it wasn't very creamy but had just the right amount of cheese which added that element. For entree I ordered chicken picatta (GF), it was heavy on the capers but chock full of flavor. I don't usually have dessert, but the cannoli was asking for a sampling. Everything was delicious and I'm sure I stretched the limits of my daily calorie intake in one meal. The only opportunity for improvement is with their online system: the menus posted online are different from the actual menu presented at the table. I booked a reservation at 5:30 and the soonest time offered was 7:15, which I chose, however when I arrived at 7:10 the dining room was less than half full. It seemed like I could have eaten sooner if I just walked in at 6:00.

Overall it was fine. Drinks were good, pizza was different but good sauce and crust. Their garlic bread isn't what you expect and was 4 rolls which were okay and made much better with the sauce. Had the cheesecake for dessert which I felt was pretty mediocre. For the price of it all, would probably recommend elsewhere though.

Absolutely delicious food! We were staying here for a trip and everyone found their dish delicious. Two spaghetti and meatballs, one Cauliflower dish, the mushroom risotto, Caesar salad, calamari and the spaghetti carbonara.
Quality of the food was very consistent and I would say well worth the price point of such.
Highly recommend the server Lauren, super friendly and has a good sense of humour, not to mention checking back in often but not too much to make sure we were good!
Kudos to everyone in this restaurant, if we were to stay here again we’d 100% come back.

I love their risotto and the appetizers are ALL incredible!! My friend's pizza was taking longer than it should, and then it was all of a sudden going to take an extra 10-12 minutes after we all already had our food. They were super apologetic and took the pizza off our bill! Things just happen sometimes, but they worked hard to make it right! Great service and great food!

Went in here without expectations, but the food was surprisingly good. The margherita was not traditional, but the sauce was well seasoned. The mushroom pizza was delicious, it had heat and plenty of oregano. Neither were authentically Italian, but they delivered on flavor. The crust was more like a buttery flatbread. What elevated the experience were the very friendly and social servers which brought a casual touch to the upscale feeling place, and matched the food.
Would love some vegan options.
