Fu Lin serves authentic Japanese Ramen.
I personally lived in Japan for 5 years and this is me and my Japanese wife's go to for Ramen in Seattle.
The owner lived and worked in Japan in a Ramen shop for years and knows his stuff.
Get what ever Ramen you prefer, (they are all good) and get their gyoza. They serve it paper style.
Also it is reasonably priced!
Not much to look at, but fantastic lunch special and extremely high quality food. Had the Mongolian beef lunch special and it was the best cut of beef I've had so far in Chinatown - really tender. Lunch special includes soup, 2 small samosa - type thingies, some sweet pickled carrot or beet shreds, small pile of rice, a really tasty salad with some kind of dressing (sesame)? And then finally the entre. The actual entree portion is probably somewhat smaller than you get at other places, but it's more than balanced out by the other items, and by the excellent quality.
Not your typical Chinese restaurant. Reminiscent of the Chinese restaurants in Japan. Good food, good value, and I've never had poor service. I really like the bentos and the ramen. If only I worked close by I would go here all the time.
Their ramen is the best in the whole region. Its reasonably priced and tastes better than other places that charge almost twice as much.
Great ramen for a great price. The broth is savory and salty, and generous portions are given. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Absolutely great ramen! My partner and I have been going here for several years and we love it!
Ramen is one of the best in the city, but service can be very spotty.
Good place, they have Japanese and Chinese food and I like both
Great food especially the gyozas and fried airy chicken.
Stop by here every time I visit Seattle
