Starbucks

VERY kind and friendly staff!! I was grateful for the offer of replacing a breakfast sandwich, that I didn't want warmed, for one that was still in it's packaging, straight from the fridge, so I could warm it at home!! I DID NOT like how quickly they were ready to throw the warmed sandwich away, while a homeless, hungry woman sat quietly in the corner!! Needless to say, I bought BOTH and gave the woman a warm breakfast!! I wish that it was easier for the employees to make those kinds of "humanity " calls!! It won't kill Daddy Starbucks to give away some sandwiches!!😆

Definitely 5 starts service is great, baristas are supper friendly and hall is super clean and this is my home Starbucks. Every morning if I don’t go there and don’t drink my Venti iced cream in macchiato with cheese danish (classic me 😜) literally can’t start my day. I love it I love I love it 🥰 I start a new job in the neighborhood and I came from different city every morning a bit early, sit here and sip my coffee and read news until half an hour I have to start my day, most guys there know me by name and face But … but today I want to use bathroom and ask one of baristas, first I was thinking to go to work but I couldn’t wait and have to go “go” 3 minutes in, someone knocked on the door 🚪 that was weird, I should say it’s took me like 10+m in there it’s not like I was doing something there, I was just using bathroom properly and this guy Jafar knocked on the door I said “occupied” but he yelled “are you doing ok in there” It was so embarrassing 😳 like dude you know me I’m a professional and I’m always going to your Starbucks. It’s not like I was there 15 m or half an hour because I know my timing. It was 8:4AM when I asked the code and 8:14 I left bathroom. I’m writing all these only because at least you have to know your customers and know how to treat ppl. I love Starbucks and everyone there I thought I have to write this and share my. Feelings maybe it’s helps to serve other customers better.

The staff here is always prompt and friendly. They have yet to make a mistake w/ my coffee order which is sadly not something I can state about other locations. They ask how to spell my name as well, which is a nice extra touch, especially since no one ever spells my name right. This store is a strong representation of what a Starbucks should be. The staff are aways polite, helpful, and competent.
